DAV Public School, ECL, Jhanjra celebrated Independence Day 2026 with immense zeal, commencing with the National Song, flag hoisting, the National Anthem, and a warm welcome address by the Headmistress. Students captivated the audience with a vibrant lineup of patriotic performances, including Hindi and Bengali recitations, songs, a dance fusion, a musical drill, a thought-provoking piece titled ‘Swadhinotar Mane’, and an expressive dance drama. Graced by the presence of distinguished ECL dignitaries, the event was further enriched by an inspiring address from the Chief Guest, honorable General Manager Shri Prabir Kumar Mandal, leaving everyone present filled with profound national pride.

World Nature Conservation Day was celebrated on 28th July in morning assembly with great enthusiasm.
The celebration began with speech presented by the student followed by podcast highlighting the importance of nature's conservation. Our students presented a dynamic dance performance on the theme.
The programme concluded with a great thought that to protect nature and work together for greener and cleaner Earth.
