सीसीएल कथारा एवं डी ए वी कथारा के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में योग दिवस के अवसर पर चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन।

सीसीएल कथारा क्षेत्र के सी एस आर प्रमुख श्री चंदन कुमार के नेतृत्व में विद्यालय परिवार योग दिवस के आयोजन को भव्य एवं अभूतपूर्व बनाने के लिए प्रतिदिन भिन्न-भिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं का आयोजन कर रहा है।इसी श्रृंखला में दिनांक 18 जून दिन बुधवार को विद्यालय परिसर में कक्षा तीसरी से पांचवी के लिए चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। इसमें चारों सदनों दयानंद, अरविंदो,विवेकानंद एवं श्रद्धानंद के चार-चार विद्याथियों ने भाग लिया।नन्ही कूँँचियों ने योग से संबंधित सतरंगी रंग बिखेर कर सबको अचंभित कर दिया। एक से एक मनमोहक और योग के महत्व को दर्शाने वाले चित्र उभर कर सामने आए। किसी ने योग के महत्व को दर्शाया तो किसी ने योगासन करते बालकों को दिखलाया। हर चित्र रंगों से भरा हुआ अपनी अलग-अलग कहानी बयां कर रहा था। विद्यालय के वरीय शाखा के बहुउद्देशीय सभागार में आयोजित इस चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता का आगाज कला शिक्षक संजय महतो की निगरानी में हुआ। प्राचार्य डॉ. जी.एन खान ने इस आयोजन का निरीक्षण किया। बच्चों की कलाकारी देख वे हर्षित थे। उन्होंने अपने संबोधन ने कहा कि यह बच्चे एक कुशल नेतृत्व में आने वाले भविष्य के महान कलाकार बन सकते हैं। योग के महत्व पर प्रकाश डालते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि योग भारत की एक ऐसी स्वास्थ्य विधा है जो समस्त विश्व को स्वस्थ और सुखी जीवन का आधार प्रदान करेगी। योग भारत की प्राचीन धरोहर है जिसका लोहा संपूर्ण विश्व ने माना है। यह धरोहर हमारे आने वाली पीढ़ी को हस्तांतरित होगी जो उन्हें एक समृद्धशाली संस्कृति की ओर ले जाएगी।पूरी दुनिया योग के महत्व को समझते हुए और उसे सम्मान देते हुए प्रत्येक वर्ष 21 जून को 'विश्व योग दिवस' मनाती है। इन प्रतियोगिताओं में विजयी प्रतिभागियों को सीसीएल कथारा क्षेत्र के द्वारा योग दिवस के अवसर पर पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा। विद्यालय के सी.सी.ए. विभाग द्वारा इस चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया जो पूर्णतया सफल रहा।

🧘‍♂️🎨 Yoga Day Celebration through Art at DAV Kathara! 🎨🧘‍♀️

Under the joint aegis of CCL Kathara and DAV Kathara, a vibrant Drawing Competition was organized on the occasion of International Yoga Day.

Led by Mr. Chandan Kumar, CSR Head of CCL Kathara Area, the school family is celebrating Yoga Week with great enthusiasm by conducting various competitions every day. As part of this series, on Wednesday, June 18, a drawing competition was held in the school premises for students of classes III to V.

💫 Students from all four houses—Dayanand, Aurobindo, Vivekananda, and Shraddhanand—participated enthusiastically. With their little hands and colorful imaginations, the young artists depicted the essence and significance of yoga in truly mesmerizing artworks. Each painting told a unique story—from children performing yoga poses to vibrant illustrations showcasing yoga’s benefits.

The event took place in the school's multi-purpose auditorium, under the guidance of Art Teacher Mr. Sanjay Mahato. School Principal Dr. G.N. Khan inspected the event and expressed his delight at the children’s creativity. In his address, he emphasized that these young minds, under the right guidance, could become the great artists of tomorrow.

Highlighting the importance of yoga, Dr. Khan stated that it is a treasured gift of ancient India, offering a path to a healthy and happy life. As the world acknowledges its power, every year, June 21 is celebrated globally as International Yoga Day.

🏆 The winners of these competitions will be honored by CCL Kathara during the upcoming Yoga Day celebration. The event was successfully organized by the CCA Department of DAV Kathara.
