Fire is a chemical reaction known as combustion, which occurs when a fuel reacts with oxygen to produce heat and light. This reaction releases energy in the form of heat and light, typically producing flames. Fire requires three elements to sustain itself: heat, fuel, and oxygen. Removing any one of these elements will extinguish the fire. Fire can be beneficial for various purposes like cooking, heating, and energy generation, but it can also be hazardous, causing destruction and posing significant risks to life and property.
