PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE FOR THE EX STUDENTS AND EX TEACHERS OF BIV 6 A

Dear Friends,

BIV 6 A is a well known educational institution at Bokaro Steel City for its discipline, academic competence, lush green campus and a family like environment since 1991. This situation continued for a decade a bit more!
But, today the garden is nowhere to be seen. The boundary, wall which was intact, is broken at many places, paving way for the intruders. The school building is in a very bad shape with broken plaster at every distance. The cycle stand of the students is without any shade above. The assembly ground wall is largely in a dilapidated condition. No repair work or white washing has been done in the past fifteen years and above. And I have taken charge as the Principal, fortunately or unfortunately; the time will prove!
This picture needs to be changed. I hope all of you will agree with me .The lost glory has to be regained. Lost name has to be retrieved. I have the responsibility of satisfying my stakeholders and I am determined and confident. BUT NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT YOUR MANIFOLD SUPPORT.


WHY THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
The AA (alumni association) will provide a platform for the ex-student and teachers to come together to interact and share their life experiences and the warmth of friendship amongst all.
They are one of the major stakeholders of the developmental activities in the school. Initially a mega get together of all ex students and ex teachers is scheduled to be held between 19th and 24th of October 2015. This will be a cultural entertaining night with dinner for all participants. All will be given opportunity for sharing. (The fund needs to be raised) Mr Thomas Vargheese will be with us between 19th and 24th of October 2015.
Batch wise get together can be planned annually in the ALMA MATER. A governing Body needs to be constituted. Regular gathering can be thought of batch wise every year in consultation with the head of the governing body. Thus YOU will get an opportunity to involve YOURSELVES in the developmental activities of YOUR ALMA MATER.
