He secured an All India Rank *(AIR) 4994* and a Category Rank *591,* bringing laurels to the school, his parents, and the entire Bokaro. He has also scored 99.82 percentile in JEE Mains with AIR 2901.

*Farewell Ceremony of Class XIIth 2026* of The Oriental Foundation School, Bokaro

A grand Farewell Ceremony was organized today on 13.02.2026 at its Multipurpose hall. 174 students of Class XII were present and honoured. The main objective of the programme was to extend best wishes to the students for their bright future and to cherish the beautiful memories of their academic journey in the school.

The programme began with a warm and grand welcome of the Class XII students, teachers, and distinguished guests. This was followed by the presentation of bouquets and rose badges as a mark of respect. The ceremonial lighting of the lamp marked the auspicious beginning of the event. A captivating welcome dance filled the atmosphere with enthusiasm and joy.

The Principal of the school, Dr. Amir Hussain, delivered his welcome and blessing message, emphasizing the importance of honesty, discipline, and hard work in life. He encouraged the students to remain focused and determined in achieving their goals.

Thereafter, Masooma and group, as well as Manisha and group, presented graceful group dance performances. The students shared their heartfelt experiences on stage, creating an emotional and nostalgic atmosphere. Riya, a student of Class XI, mesmerized the audience with her solo dance performance. Armaan and his group also gave an admirable performance.

To make the event more engaging, several fun-filled activities were organized, including Balloon Bursting, Water Cup Tower Making, and Passing the Tea Cup using a Straw. During the musical segment, students showcased their remarkable talents.
On this occasion, various titles were conferred:
• Mr. Oriental 2026 – Laksh Goswami
• Miss Oriental 2026 – Sheetal Kumari
• Mr. Farewell – Manav Kumar
• Miss Farewell – Swasti Priya

The programme was successfully anchored by Vinita Soren and Sneha Mandal, with Imran Ansari also present on the stage.
In the end, the Vice-Principal, Amit Kumar Barnwal, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all the guests, teachers, and students, and formally concluded the programme.

Annual Sports Meet 2026 organized at The Oriental Foundation School

The Annual Sports Meet 2025-26 was organized on 24th January 26 with great enthusiasm and success today on 24th January 2026 at The Oriental Foundation School, Mohandih, Ghatiyali, Bokaro.

The event showcased remarkable enthusiasm, discipline, and true sportsmanship among the students.
This year, Gravity House delivered an outstanding performance and won the Winner title. Dignity House secured the position of 1st Runner-Up, Modesty House became 2nd Runner-Up, and Loyalty House achieved the 3rd Runner-Up position.

The Chief Guest of the programme was Dr. Atul Kumar Chaubey, D.S.E., Bokaro. The programme commenced with a warm welcome of the Chief Guest by the Principal, Dr. Amir Hussain, and the Chairman, Mr. Mushtaque Ahmad, by presenting a bouquet. This was followed by a melodious welcome dance presented by Siddhi and group. The Chief Guest then hoisted the flag, after which an impressive march past was performed by all four Houses.

The torch lighting ceremony was conducted by the Chief Guest, marking the formal declaration of the Annual Sports Meet. Thereafter, a captivating drill dance presented by Manisha and group mesmerized the audience.

During the sports festival, 286 students were honored with medals and trophies for their excellent performances in various competitions. Major events included 50 m, 100 m, 200 m, and 400 m races, Toffee race, Tunnel race, Spoon marble race, Book balancing, Frog race, Three-legged race, Kabaddi for Boys & Girls both,Cock fighting, Get ready for school, Musical chair, Relay race, and more than 33 different events.

The Best Athlete Awards were presented as follows:
Junior Category: Farhan Akhtar (Class V) and Aksha Rubab (Class II)
Senior Category: Tausif Raza Ansari (Class IX) and Bharti Kumari (Class IX)

In his welcome address, Principal Dr. Amir Hussain infused enthusiasm and energy among the students of all Houses. The Chief Guest, Dr. Atul Kumar Chaubey, appreciated the efforts of the students and highlighted the importance of sports in life, stating that sports are as important as academics. He emphasized that one should keep striving till the very end—whether it is the playground or the field of life.
The programme was successfully conducted by Amarnath Ram, Haroon Ansari, and Durga Prasad, while anchoring was done by Rifat Jahan and Farhat Jahan, with support from Niraj Pratap Singh. The vote of thanks was delivered by Sandeep Kumar Malik, and the programme concluded with the National Anthem.
