As India celebrated its 80th Independence Day 🇮🇳, Globsynites came together at the Globsyn Knowledge Campus to honour the spirit of freedom, unity and nation-building by hoisting the Indian Tricolour. The celebration also marked the inauguration of the new flag post at the Globsyn Knowledge Campus, adding a meaningful new symbol of pride and patriotism to the campus. 🌟

Following the flag hoisting the students hosted a vibrant cultural program and expressed their gratitude and reverence 🙏🏼 towards the frontline support staff of the B-School for their dedicated service throughout the year, creating a memorable experience filled with fun, gifts 🎁and delicious food.

Day 4 of the 25th Induction Programme brought the four-day journey to a meaningful close with a blend of reflection, engagement and team spirit. 🤝

The young managers of Batch 2026-28 pursuing MBA (Global) 🌍 began the day with an enlightening Universal Human Values session titled ‘Fuel Your Focus: Optimizing Physical, Mental and Emotional Wellbeing’, conducted by revered Swami L Ramaswamy, Executive Trustee, Vedanta Institute Kolkata. The session encouraged students to reflect on the importance of balance, focus and holistic wellbeing in both their personal and professional lives.

For the entire inducted Batch of 2026-28, the concluding day also brought a welcome dose of serious fun through engaging management games and interactive ice-breaking activities. These sessions encouraged teamwork, communication, problem-solving and collaboration, while also helping students connect with their peers and build a stronger sense of camaraderie within the GBS community.

Day 3 of the 25th Induction Programme brought together industry perspectives, alumni experiences, human values and creative expression, offering the students of Batch 2026-28 another enriching day of learning and engagement.

For the students pursuing PGDM and PGDM – Business Analytics, the day began with the alumni panel, ‘Who are the New Age Managers? – An Industry Perspective’ 💼, which offered valuable insights into the evolving expectations of today’s corporate world. They also attended a Universal Human Values session on ‘Understanding Harmony and Ethical Conduct’, conducted by revered Swami SuparnanandaJi Maharaj, Adhyaksha, Balaram Mandir, Ramkrishna Math. The day concluded with creative activities involving art, music, dance and drama, encouraging students to explore the role of imagination, collaboration and expression in business leadership.

For the MBA (Global) 🌍 students, the day began with an introduction to the distinguished faculty members of Globsyn Business School, strengthening their connection with the academic ecosystem at GBS. They also participated in the alumni panel, ‘Who are the New Age Managers? – An Industry Perspective’, followed by the corporate panel, ‘From Campus to Corporate: Lifelong Learning for Managers’ 🔄, which highlighted the importance of continuous learning, adaptability and professional growth.

For all the inducted students pursuing PGDM, PGDM – Business Analytics, and MBA (Global) the concluding day of the 25th Induction Programme will be a day of serious fun, focusing on teamwork, collaboration and building meaningful connections. They will get to participate in engaging management games designed to strengthen communication, problem-solving and team-building skills. Day 2 of the 25th Induction Programme gave the students of Batch 2026-28 an opportunity to engage with ideas that extended beyond the classroom and connected management education with the realities of a rapidly evolving professional world.

For the students pursuing PGDM and PGDM – Business Analytics, a key highlight of the day was the corporate panel, ‘From Campus to Corporate: Lifelong Learning for Managers’ 🔄. The discussion brought valuable industry perspectives to the forefront and reinforced how continuous learning, adaptability and professional growth remain integral to a manager’s journey.

The MBA (Global) students 🎓 also had an enriching day of learning and interaction. Prof. (Dr.) Premkumar Rajagopal, President, School of Business, Malaysia University of Science and Technology, Malaysia, shared his perspectives during an insightful session with the young managers.

The day also featured ‘Rethinking the MBA’, an interactive session led by Mr. Rahul Dasgupta, Director & Trustee, GBS. Moving beyond conventional ideas around management education, the session encouraged students to look at an MBA as the beginning of a much longer journey of learning, reflection and continuous transformation 📖.

Later on, the students of PGDM and PGDM – Business Analytics will also attend a Universal Human Values session titled ‘Understanding Harmony and Ethical Conduct’ 🕊️, to be conducted by the revered Swami SuparnanandaJi Maharaj, Adhyaksha, Balaram Mandir, Ramkrishna Math.
