D.P.S.D. Public School successfully organised an exciting Sack Race Tournament for the students of Classes III and IV as part of its sports and physical activity programme.

The young participants enthusiastically took part in the race, hopping towards the finish line with great excitement, energy and determination. The event created a lively and cheerful atmosphere on the school ground, with students and teachers cheering for the participants.

The tournament provided students with an opportunity to develop physical fitness, balance, coordination, confidence and a healthy spirit of competition. More importantly, the activity encouraged children to enjoy sports while learning the values of sportsmanship, discipline and fair play.

The school management appreciated the enthusiastic participation of all the students and congratulated the winners and participants for their wonderful performance.

The tournament witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who competed with great confidence and determination. Each match was filled with excitement as the young players demonstrated impressive control over the striker, careful planning, and a healthy competitive spirit.

The event not only promoted indoor sports and physical coordination but also helped students develop focus, strategic thinking, patience, and decision-making skills. Carrom competitions are also commonly organized for school students, including Classes III–V, as part of inter-school and inter-house sporting activities
