Today in Grade 1A, we conducted a Circle Time Activity - "Challenge the Brain". Children enjoyed memory and focus game. Learning outcomes were improved memory, Attention and Concentration.

The objective of the activity was to enhance the cognitive skills of our little learners in a playful and engaging manner. The activity not only made learning fun but also helped in developing essential skills.

Overall, it was a joyful and enriching session that boosted the confidence and mental agility of the students.

As a part of "SWACHHATA PAKHWADA", Holy Child School observed "Swachhata School Exhibition Day" today with great enthusiasm and zeal.

To inculcate the values of cleanliness, hygiene and environmental responsibility among students, various creative activities like Essay Writing, Slogan Writing, Poem Writing, Cartoon making and Painting were organized.

The creativity and awareness shown by the students were highly appreciated. It was truly an informative and inspiring day for all.

As part of "Swachhata Pakhwada", Holy Child School celebrated "Personal Hygiene Day" today with great enthusiasm and active participation from students.

To inculcate good hygiene habits from an early age, a special activity titled "Fun Brushing Teeth & Trim The Nails" was organized for the students.

Students were taught the correct method of brushing teeth twice a day, keeping nails trimmed and clean, washing hands regularly and keeping their uniform neat.

The highlight of the day was the "demonstration activity". The teachers demonstrated the proper way of brushing, which the children joyfully followed. This was followed by a nail hygiene check, where teachers guided children about how dirty and long nails can cause germs and illness.

The children participated with great excitement and took a pledge to keep themselves clean and to motivate their family and friends to maintain personal hygiene.

The activity was not only fun-filled but also very educational. It successfully spread the message of Swachh Bharat, Swasth Bharat.

As part of the ongoing “SWACHHATA PAKHWADA” being observed in the school, the second day of “Swachhata Participation Days” was organized today at "Holy Child School" with great enthusiasm and zeal.

To sensitize the students about cleanliness, hygiene and civic responsibility, an "Essay Writing and Slogan Writing Activity" was conducted for the students.

Students expressed their thoughts and ideas on the importance of cleanliness in daily life, need for waste segregation, and how a clean environment leads to a healthy life. Their essays reflected their awareness and commitment towards the Swachh Bharat Mission.

Simultaneously, a Slogan Writing Activity was held where students showcased their creativity through powerful and inspiring slogans. All students participated with great excitement and made beautiful, colourful posters along with their slogans. The activity helped to inculcate the values of cleanliness and to make them ambassadors of Swachhata in their homes and community.

Overall, the Day 2 of Swachhata Pakhwada was a grand success and achieved its objective of spreading awareness about cleanliness.

Under the ongoing "Swachhata Pakhwada", "Swachhata Participation Days" were observed at Holy Child School, today with great zeal and enthusiasm.

On this occasion, a "Poster Making Activity" was organized. The main objective of the activity was to create awareness among students about the importance of cleanliness, hygiene, and a healthy environment.

The theme for the activity was "Swachh Bharat - Swasth Bharat, Swachhata Hi Seva Hai". Students participated wholeheartedly and showcased their creativity through vibrant colours, meaningful slogans, and beautiful drawings. Their posters conveyed strong messages like - Use Dustbins, Wash Your Hands Properly, Say No to Plastic, Save Water and Keep Your Surroundings Clean.

The efforts of the students were highly appreciated. The activity was not just about art, but about inculcating the value of cleanliness in everyday life and fulfilling the dream of Mahatma Gandhi ji for a Clean India.

As a part of "Swachhata Pakhwada", a "Hand Wash Activity" was conducted today in the school premises for the students of Primary Wing.

The main objective of the activity was to create awareness among students about the importance of proper hand washing in daily life for staying healthy and germ-free. The students were sensitized about how clean hands prevent diseases and keep us happy and safe.

During the activity, children were taught the correct method of hand washing through the easy formula "Give Me 5!":

1. WET - Wet hands with clean water
2. SOAP - Apply soap
3. SCRUB - Scrub for 20 seconds, including between fingers and nails
4. RINSE - Rinse thoroughly with water
5. DRY - Dry with a clean towel

A live demonstration was given and students practiced the steps with enthusiasm. The students were also taught not to waste water while washing hands and to close the tap properly after use.

Overall, the activity was informative, joyful and instilled the habit of cleanliness and personal hygiene among students.

A Heart Full of Gratitude - Teacher's Day at The Ark Hotel

Some evenings stay in our hearts forever, and yesterday was one of them! Our Teacher's Day celebration at The Ark Hotel was full of laughter, love, music, dance, and togetherness. Thank you to our amazing management for making us feel so loved and respected. Truly blessed to be part of this family! What an incredibly beautiful and emotional evening it was! It was not just an event, it was a feeling.

Seeing the entire management and our staff family together - laughing, cheering, and celebrating with such high energy - truly touched our hearts. We laughed our hearts out with fun games, cut the cake together, sang, danced without any hesitation, and shared a lavish and delicious feast.

It was more than just fun; it was love, respect, togetherness and belongingness. Every moment was so memorable and every smile was so genuine. We captured not just photos, but emotions and memories to cherish for a lifetime.

From the bottom of our hearts, we are deeply grateful to our wonderful management for this loving surprise. You made us feel so valued and special. It was truly an unforgettable evening that will always have a special place in our hearts.
