हमारे आदरणीय गुरुजन श्री दिनेश सुथार सर Dinesh Suthar, जिन्होंने अभियान्त्रिकी संस्थान, बीकानेर (राजस्थान) में वर्ष 2010 से 2016 तक Electrical, Electronics एवं Instrumentation शाखा के विद्यार्थियों को न केवल पढ़ाया बल्कि अपने समर्पण, मार्गदर्शन और मेहनत से अनेक छात्रों को GATE, IES और Rajasthan JE जैसी परीक्षाओं में सफलता दिलाई, आज स्वयं एक कठिन परिस्थिति से गुजर रहे हैं।

उनकी धर्मपत्नी नेहा मैम (ECB की पूर्व अतिथि व्याख्याता) गंभीर किडनी फेलियर से जूझ रही हैं, जिसकी वजह से विगत 5 से अधिक वर्षों से नियमित किडनी डायलिसिस चल रहा है तथा उनका किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट आगामी दिनों में अहमदाबाद (गुजरात) में प्रस्तावित है। वर्तमान में जांच एवं उपचार की प्रक्रिया जारी है, जिसमें अत्यधिक आर्थिक व्यय आ रहा है।

ऐसे समय में हमारा नैतिक कर्तव्य बनता है कि हम सभी विद्यार्थी, मित्र एवं शुभचिंतक मिलकर सर और उनके परिवार का सहयोग करें। आपकी यथासंभव आर्थिक सहायता इस कठिन समय में बहुत बड़ा सहारा बन सकती है।

AI Workshop for Innovators & Entrepreneurs (13 May 2026)

The Department of Electronics Instrumentation and Control Engineering (EICE), ECB, in collaboration with its alumni and representatives from the Stark Foundation, organized a session on Artificial Intelligence and Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI). The workshop was conducted under the guidance of HOD Ms. Pooja Bhardwaj, and aimed at exposing students to two of the most transformative fields in today’s world.

The AI session was led by Mr. Pradhyumn Singh, who explained how Artificial Intelligence is being implemented across industries to simplify tasks and enhance efficiency. He highlighted the difference between AI agents and chatbots, emphasizing the shift from passive models to autonomous agents capable of executing tasks with minimal human intervention. Stressing the importance of context in AI interactions, he cautioned against hallucinations and false positives when references are lost. Examples such as Claude Code and Copilot were discussed, and a hands‑on project in collaboration with the Stark Foundation was announced to give students practical exposure to AI agents.

The VLSI and hardware session was conducted by Ms. Joshi, who shared her professional journey and provided insights into industry‑relevant skills. She discussed the software tools used in VLSI design, the role of hardware languages, and the challenges of integrating AI in confidential projects. Her talk highlighted how AI is beginning to influence hardware design, while also motivating students to pursue excellence in this demanding field.

The workshop was highly interactive and informative, offering students both theoretical understanding and practical perspectives. With alumni expertise and industry collaboration, the session successfully broadened awareness of AI and VLSI, inspiring participants to explore future opportunities in innovation and entrepreneurship.

Prof. Gouri Gargate is an expert in patent-to-product frameworks. She provides case studies and models for IP commercialization. She has strong academic background in engineering and innovation management.

The live session shared with students, is a part of the World Intellectual Property (IP) Day celebrations which is organized by the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell. The lecture focuses on the theme “Patent to Product for Accelerating Innovation through IP Commercialization”. Speakers highlight how intellectual property moves beyond just filing patents, becoming a driver for innovation, entrepreneurship, and commercialization.

यह इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स इंस्ट्रूमेंटेशन एवं कंट्रोल इंजीनियरिंग विभाग के लिए अत्यंत गर्व और हर्ष का क्षण है कि हमारे प्रतिभाशाली छात्र प्रयागराज शर्मा को बीकानेर तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय के चतुर्थ दीक्षांत समारोह में राजस्थान विधानसभा अध्यक्ष एवं विश्वविद्यालय के कुलगुरू द्वारा स्वर्ण पदक से सम्मानित किया गया।

प्रयागराज ने सत्र 2021–2025 के दौरान इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स इंस्ट्रूमेंटेशन एवं कंट्रोल इंजीनियरिंग में बी.टेक. की पढ़ाई करते हुए विश्वविद्यालय तथा उससे संबद्ध सभी महाविद्यालयों के विद्यार्थियों में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया।

प्रयागराज ने अपनी स्कूली शिक्षा पटना से पूर्ण की और वर्ष 2021 में इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज बीकानेर में बी.टेक. में प्रवेश लिया। अपनी लगन, मेहनत और उत्कृष्ट शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन के बल पर उन्होंने विश्वविद्यालय स्तर पर सर्वोच्च स्थान प्राप्त कर संस्थान का गौरव बढ़ाया।

वर्तमान में प्रयागराज गुरुग्राम स्थित बहुराष्ट्रीय कंपनी Adobe में नेटवर्क एक्सपर्ट के रूप में कार्यरत हैं। उनकी यह उपलब्धि न केवल विभाग और संस्थान के लिए गौरव का विषय है, बल्कि यह अन्य विद्यार्थियों के लिए भी प्रेरणादायक उदाहरण है।

The Post Budget Webinar 2026–27 on Education, Skills and University Townships – Towards Viksit Bharat @2047 discussed key initiatives from the Union Budget aimed at strengthening higher education, promoting skill development, and encouraging innovation and industry–academia collaboration in India. The session highlighted the importance of preparing students with future-ready skills in areas such as digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and creative industries, along with the development of university townships to support research, entrepreneurship, and employment opportunities. Students and faculty members from Engineering College Bikaner also attended the webinar and gained valuable insights into the government’s vision for transforming education and skill development to achieve the goal of Viksit Bharat @2047.

Product Development at ECB

It’s truly a pleasure that we are able to work with the students who are really very creative and have strong desire to produce good solutions for society as well as for industry. Recently our two such exceptionally motivated, creative students Hari Singh Tanwar and Parveen Jangir have joined IIT Mandi for working on development of Disaster Mitigation/ Management Systems. Another student A***n has joined CEERI CSIR Pilani for development of semiconductor ICs. We extend our best wishes to our Hari, A***n and Parveen for a great socially useful engineering career.

It is also matter of great pleasure that under the strong leadership of HOD Ms. Pooja Bhardwaj, the Department of EICE has been able to provide enthusiastic BTU students with valuable opportunities to create and innovate socially impactful and industry-relevant products. We, the faculty members and staff of EICE, feel blessed by the kind support of ECB administration, Principal Sir, and Honourable Kulguru Sir. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all ECB faculty members, staff, HODs of departments and ECB Media team under Dr Naveen ji for their unconditional support and cooperation all the time.

Students are actively working on automation, embedded systems, Drones and VLSI, gaining hands-on experience and shaping their future with purpose.
