The ‘Sahayoga Twinning Program’ aims at creating collaboration between St. Joseph’s Indian Institutions, Bengaluru and Loyola Institutions, Vijayapura in the field of academics, sports, cultural exchange as well as psycho-spiritual development of students. A team consisting of Fr Balaraj SJ and counsellors Ms. Nirma D’Souza, Sr Irene D’Souza and Ms. Akhila G R visited Loyola Institutions in Vijayapura on 23rd and 24th of August 2019. The aim of the visit was to conduct individual counselling sessions for the students and hostel residents along with seminars and psycho-education sessions for the students and the staff of Loyola Institutions heeding to their need.

A team consisting of Fr. Leo Periera SJ (the Rector), Fr. Henry Saldanha SJ, the counsellors Ms. Nirma D’Souza, Ms. Akhila G R and Ms. Anusha B M, and the special educator Ms. Maria Reena Daniel visited the institutions at Vijayapura in July 2019. The aim of the visit was to officially inaugurate the Twinning Program for the year 2019-20 and provide counselling and psycho-spiritual assistance to the students and teachers of Loyola Institutions, Vijayapura.
