ಮನದಾಳದ ಮಾತು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ - ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ಸಂಚಿಕೆ
ಶನಿವಾರ, 19ನೆ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 2024 ರಂದು ಬೀದರ್ ನಗರದ ಇನ್ಫಿನಿಟಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ನೂತನ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮನದಾಳದ ಮಾತು ಮಾಸಿಕ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಸರಣಿಯ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ಸಂಚಿಕೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀದರ್ ನಗರದ ಖ್ಯಾತ ವೈದ್ಯ ದಂಪತಿಗಳಾದ ಡಾ. ರಘು ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಡಾ. ಆರತಿ ರಘು ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
ಇನ್ಫಿನಿಟಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ನಿರಂಜನ ಶೀಲವಂತ ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಆತಿಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿ, "ಮನದಾಳದ ಮಾತು - Infinity Impact Talks: A fireside chat with changemakers" ಎಂಬ ಮಾಸಿಕ ಸಂವಾದ ಸರಣಿಯು ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಮಹತ್ತರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಧಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರೇರಣಾದಾಯಕ ಕಥೆಗಳನ್ನು, ಆತ್ಮಾವಲೋಕನಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಪಾಲಕರು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ವರ್ಗ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಮಾಜದ ಇತರರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಲು ಉತ್ತಮ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಜುಲೈ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಮೊದಲ ಸಂಚಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜೇಶ್ವರ ಶ್ರೀಗಳು ಅಥಿತಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ ಸಂಚಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ತಜ್ಞರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸ್ವರ್ಣಲತಾ ಐಯ್ಯರ್, ಸಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ಸಂಚಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸ್ತುಶಿಲ್ಪಿ ದಂಪತಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂತೋಷ ರಮಾನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸಾನಿಯಾ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
ಚರ್ಚೆಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾ. ರಘು ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಡಾ. ಆರತಿ ರಘು ದಂಪತಿಗಳು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಅವಿಭಕ್ತ ಕುಟುಂಬದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಪಾಲನೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಳನೋಟಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಅವರು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವೃತ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಅವರ ಪೋಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಸರವು ಅವರ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಆಳವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಭಾವಿಸಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳಿದರು. ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಮರಳಿ ನೀಡುವ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಸಾಗಿದರು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸಹ ವೈದ್ಯ ದಂಪತಿಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸಿದರು.
ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ಮತ್ತು ರೋಟರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆ, ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದಾಯ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಅವರು ಬೀದರ್ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಹಲವಾರು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ರೋಟರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸುವ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಂತಾನೋತ್ಪತ್ತಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ, ಮುಟ್ಟಿನ ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯ, ಗರ್ಭಕಂಠದ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಲಿಂಗ ಸಮಾನತೆಯಂತಹ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು 400 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವ ತಮ್ಮ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಡಾ.ರಘು ಮತ್ತು ಡಾ.ಆರತಿ ಅವರು ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿ ವೈದ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು, ನೈತಿಕ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸದ ಮಹತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇವೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಅವರು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಆಚೆಗಿನ ತಮ್ಮ ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು, ಸಾಹಸ, ಪ್ರಯಾಣ, ಟೆನ್ನಿಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬೈಕಿಂಗ್ಗಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು, ವೃತ್ತಿಜೀವನದ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ನೈತಿಕ ಕೆಲಸ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದಾಯ ಸೇವೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು, ಅವರ ಪಾಲಕರು, ಶಾಲೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕವರ್ಗ ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಬೀದರ್ ನಗರದ ರೋಟರಿಯನ್ನರು ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಅನೇಕ ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.. ಇನ್ಫಿನಿಟಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಸಂಯೋಜಕಿ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಮುಗಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ತಂಡ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಿತು.
ಮನದಾಳದ ಮಾತು ಸರಣಿಯ ಮುಂದಿನ ಮತ್ತು ಐದನೇ ಸಂಚಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನವೆಂಬರ್ 23ರಂದು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

Manadaalada Maatu – 4th Episode at The Infinity School, Bidar
The Infinity School, Bidar, hosted the fourth episode of its monthly fireside chat series, Manadaalada Maatu, on 19th October 2024. The event featured esteemed guests Dr. Raghu Krishnamurthy and Dr. Aarti Raghu, renowned doctors and award-winning social workers. Niranjan Sheelavant, the promoter of The Infinity School, led the conversation, offering the audience a glimpse into the lives and experiences of the distinguished couple.
During the discussion, the couple shared insights about their upbringing in a large joint family, where values were instilled in them from an early age. They spoke about their journey in choosing the medical profession, emphasizing how their parents and environment deeply influenced their career paths and shaped their values. The doctors also reflected on how they moved beyond their successful medical practice to embrace community service, recognizing the importance of giving back to society.
Their involvement in the Indian Medical Association and Rotary played a significant role in accelerating their efforts toward volunteering and taking up community projects. They highlighted several impactful Rotary initiatives in Bidar, especially those aimed at improving the lives of school children and transforming the local community. Additionally, the couple discussed their commitment to raising awareness through over 400 talks on socially relevant topics such as reproductive health, menstrual hygiene, cervical cancer, and gender equality.
Dr. Raghu and Dr. Aarti also offered valuable advice to aspiring doctors, stressing the importance of ethical practice and the need for service to the community. They shared their experiences beyond the field of medicine, describing their love for adventure, travel, tennis, and biking, encouraging professionals to seek happiness not just in career success but in leading a fulfilling life through ethical work and community service.
The event was attended by Rotarians from Bidar, school parents, and senior students. Laxmi Mugali, the Coordinator of The Infinity School, and her team played a pivotal role in organizing the event.
The next episode of Manadaalada Maatu is scheduled for 23rd November 2024, with the promise of another inspiring conversation with notable personalities.
