*TLC Gurukul School Ahmedabad Tour Report (2024-2025)*

The Ahmedabad School Tour, organized by TLC Gurukul, was a meticulously planned educational excursion that aimed to provide students with a holistic learning experience. This 3-day tour, which took place in December 2024, as an enriching and enjoyable experience that seamlessly blended education and recreation.

*Objectives of the Tour*

The primary objectives of the tour were:

1. *Cultural Enrichment*: To expose students to the rich cultural heritage of Ahmedabad, fostering appreciation and respect for India's diverse traditions.
2. *Historical Significance*: To educate students about the historical importance of Ahmedabad, highlighting its role in India's struggle for independence.
3. *Scientific Awareness*: To promote scientific awareness and curiosity among students by visiting institutions like Science City.
4. *Team Building*: To encourage teamwork, bonding, and socialization among students through various activities and games.

*Tour Highlights*

The tour was packed with exciting activities and visits to prominent landmarks in Ahmedabad. Some of the highlights include:

1. *Science City*: Students were fascinated by the interactive exhibits, including the Space Gallery, Robotics, and a 5D movie. The Aquarium was another major attraction, showcasing a diverse range of aquatic life.
2. *Kankaria*: The Funworld rides and Kidsworld activities were a huge hit among students. They enjoyed the thrilling rides and participated enthusiastically in activities like Meet the CM, 108 services, BRTS, Court, Fire Brigade, and Theatre.
3. *Heritage Walk*: The guided Heritage Walk took students through the historic lanes of old Ahmedabad, exploring 20 iconic sites. This walk provided a unique opportunity for students to learn about the city's rich history, architecture, and cultural significance.
4. *Sabarmati Ashram*: A visit to the Sabarmati Ashram was a poignant reminder of Mahatma Gandhi's principles and teachings. Students reflected on the importance of non-violence, truth, and self-discipline.
5. ⁠*Dandi Kutri Museum* at Mahatma Mandir Gandhinagar : Our students had the privilege of visiting the iconic Mahatma Mandir's Dandi Kutour Museum in Gandhinagar!
They delved into the life and times of Mahatma Gandhi, learning about his philosophy, principles, and pivotal role in India's freedom struggle.
The museum's interactive exhibits and immersive experiences made the learning experience engaging and memorable for our young explorers!

6. *Alfa One Mall*: The final day of the tour was spent at Alfa One Mall, where students enjoyed a movie, played games in the game zone, and indulged in some shopping.

*Importance of the Tour*

The Ahmedabad School Tour was an invaluable experience for our students, offering a unique blend of education, culture, and entertainment.
This tour:

1. *Fostered Curiosity*: Encouraged students to ask questions, think critically, and develop a curiosity-driven approach to learning.

Report on "Swar Aazadi Ke. "

The topic "Swar Aazadi ke" was introduced to school students to explore the role of music in India's struggle for independence and its significance in cultural expression and freedom.
This report outlines the performance of students in their slogans and songs related to this theme.

👉 Pre primary section small small groups presented slogans.
👉Grade 1 to 9 presented different different patriotic songs according to their classes.

By this celebration students understand the influence of music in India's freedom movement.

*Tiranga Rally marched by TLC Gurukul*

On August 14, 2024, TLC Gurukul School organized a vibrant rally to foster revolutionary spirit among students ahead of Independence Day. The procession began at MSV High, featuring students performed cultural dance on a camel cart adorned with patriotic decorations. The DJ sound system played uplifting patriotic songs throughout the route, Music band was playing by Music choir group, started from MSV High school to Gandhi circle, and inside the Madhapar area concluded at MSV High School. The Students actively participated by delivering inspiring patriotic slogans, messages to the crowd. The lively event captured the essence of national pride and unity. Local residents and authorities appreciated the enthusiasm and creativity of the students. The School principal sir, Director sir and all the teachers were guided along with police guards, and supported the students them during the rally. 78th Independence Day 🇮🇳 Celebrated at TLC Gurukul with pride and Cultural programs

78th Independence Day celebration make the anniversary of a nation's liberation from colonial rule or oppression. The celebration serve not only as a remembrance of the past struggles for freedom but also as a reaffirmation of national value and identify.

The celebration begin with a flag hosting ceremony. The Director Dr. Rishi Joshi Sir and The Principal Mr. Vimal Kanabar Sir performed the hosting of the national flag. The ceremony was marked by the singing of the national anthem, with students standing in respect and unity.

The Parade , led by the school bend. The students marched proudly, waving flags and banners creating a festival and engaging atmosphere.
The Speech on importance of celebration of in̈dependence was delivered by Angel Batva, student of class 8.
The students of Pre- school presented a lovely dance performance.
The musical performance and patriotic song "SAARE JAHA SE AACHA "was performed by the school choir group.

Investiture ceremony was also held, democratically elected School leaders like Head Boy, Head Girl, Juniour Head Boy and Juniour Head Girl, Captain and Vice Captains of all the four Houses, respectstively, Truth, Love, Compassion and Peace, along with class monitors were awarded their designated badges, House Flags etc. by Principal Sir and Director Sir.
The Independence Day celebration at TLC GURUKUL was a resounding success , marked by enthusiastic participation.
