Blind Taste Testing – A Delicious Adventure of the Senses!

Our little explorers of IPYP had an exciting sensory experience as they participated in a Blind Taste Testing activity! 🧑‍🍳👧🧒 Blindfolded and full of curiosity, they tasted a variety of food items and confidently guessed whether they were sweet 🍬, sour 🍋, salty 🧂, or bitter 🌿.

This fun-filled hands-on activity sparked curiosity, encouraged critical thinking, and helped children discover how their taste buds and sense of smell work together to identify different flavours. From giggles to surprising guesses, every moment was filled with excitement and joyful learning!

The Class XI Parent–Teacher Meeting, held following the First Term Examination, was a wonderful opportunity to connect, communicate and reflect on our learners’ academic journey.
The meeting witnessed enthusiastic parent participation and meaningful interactions. Today, our Grades 3 to 5 IPYP learners took on a Life Skills challenge: Tie it. Untie it. Try again. 🔄

What looks like a tiny everyday task became a hands-on lesson in fine-motor control, coordination, focus, sequencing and perseverance.

And then came the best part, the moment those little fingers finally made the perfect knot and the smiles said:

“I DID IT. ALL BY MYSELF!”

Learning Addition Through Fun! 🔢

Our Grade 1 IPYP learners explored Addition through an exciting hands-on numeracy session.

Working in groups, they counted, identified numbers, and combined quantities to find the totals.
They also compared quantities while building their mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills.
With teamwork, curiosity, and enthusiasm, every learner participated actively and confidently.
