Thrilled to be part of the 13th Anniversary celebrations of Art of Giving, the inspiring initiative founded by Prof. (Dr.) Achyuta Samanta, Founder of KIIT, KISS, and KIMS.
Jointly organized by the Office of the Vice Chancellor, the Office of the Registrar, and the Office of IQAC at KIIT - Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, the event at Koradakanta beautifully reflected the spirit of community, compassion, and togetherness.
One of the highlights of the celebration was a friendly volleyball match between local players from Koradakanta Village and KIIT staff members, symbolizing unity through sportsmanship and collaboration.
During the event, Prof. Saranjit Singh, Vice Chancellor, and Prof. Jnyana Ranjan Mohanty, Registrar, shared the inspiring philosophy behind Art of Giving and this year’s theme — “Share to Shine” — encouraging everyone to contribute towards a more compassionate and inclusive society.

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of KIIT Deemed to be University proudly represented the university at the THE Asia Universities Summit 2026, hosted by Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (April 22–24, 2026).
Dr. Siddharth Rautaray, representing IQAC, was invited as a speaker for the “Country Pavilions: Spotlight on India” session, where he showcased KIIT’s institutional strengths to a global audience. The presentation highlighted the university’s achievements in Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), initiatives bridging the academia–industry gap, its roadmap for internationalization, and the vision for KIIT beyond 2027.
The summit also witnessed the announcement of the THE Asia University Rankings 2026, where KIIT achieved a remarkable milestone—securing the 169th position in Asia, ranking 6th in India, and continuing to hold the No. 1 position in Eastern India.
During the summit, Dr. Rautaray, along with Dr. Soumya Mishra, engaged in meaningful interactions with representatives from leading global universities, exploring avenues for future academic and research collaborations.
IQAC expresses its sincere gratitude to Achyuta Samanta, Saranjit Singh, Jnyana Ranjan Mohanty, and Dr. Vikas Kumar Sabata, Joint Director (International Affairs), for their continued guidance and support in enabling such global engagements.
