XIM University had the privilege of hosting Mr. D. Shivakumar, Operating Partner at Advent International and a member of our Board of Governors, for an insightful session on the evolving nature of leadership. Drawing from his book, "The CEO Mindset" and his journey across PepsiCo, Nokia, and Aditya Birla Group, he shared powerful lessons on the mental models and habits of transformative leaders.
The session concluded with an engaging Q&A on strategic decision making and mentorship, leaving the XIM community inspired. Very grateful to Mr. Shivakumar for empowering the next generation of leaders.

ICRE 2025 concluded with a reflective and future-focused valedictory session, bringing together leading voices across research, policy, and practice. The afternoon featured insightful addresses by Dr. Jayant Kumar Routray, Dr. Sashmi Nayak, Dr. Shishir Jha, Dr. George Samuel Hansdak, Dr. Bhaskar Basu, Dr. Pavel Cenkl, Dr. Ison Ray, Mr. Gary Smith and finally an inspiring address by Dr. Fr. K. S. Casimir SJ, offering perspectives on how system science and regenerativeness can shape the way we think, adapt, and move forward.
The session closed with a vote of thanks by Prof. Amar KJR Nayak, marking a thoughtful end to five days of collective inquiry and collaboration.
