The 8-Day Support Staff Workshop (2026–27) was organized to encourage learning, teamwork, communication, workplace ethics, and personal growth among our support staff members. Through interactive sessions and guidance from experienced resource persons, the workshop focused on skill enhancement, confidence building, and collaborative learning.

At Blossoms the Teachers Training Workshop concluded with sessions focused on communication, reflection, and preparation for the academic journey ahead.
Day 6 began with an energizing session on Yoga & Aerobics by Ms. Subhasmita Chakra, followed by thoughtful Devotionals & Reflections led by Dr. Mrs. Nadia Moghbelpoor.
Adding valuable learning to the day, Ms. Chitra Padhi conducted an insightful session on Common Errors in Spoken English, helping educators strengthen communication skills and classroom interaction.
The workshop concluded with a meaningful Closing Ceremony, celebrating days of collaborative learning, growth, and shared experiences among educators.
The final session on Teachers’ Preparation encouraged teachers to step into the new academic session with renewed confidence, fresh perspectives, and a continued commitment towards impactful learning.

Day 5 of the Teachers’ Training Workshop focused on emotional well-being, positive classroom culture, and innovative approaches to learning. The day began with an energizing session on Yoga & Aerobics by Ms. Subhasmita Chakra, followed by thoughtful Devotionals & Reflections led by Dr. Mrs. Nadia Moghbelpoor.
Adding meaningful insight, Ms. Soumya Sucharita Mohapatra conducted a session on Identifying Signs of Burnout in Self and Others and How to Deal, encouraging educators to prioritize emotional awareness and mental well-being.
The workshop also featured an engaging session on Introduction to Skill Education – An Innovative Way of Learning by Mrs. Diptimayee Sarangi and Mrs. Alka Priyadarshini, highlighting the importance of practical and future-ready learning approaches.
Further enriching the day, Mrs. Sanjukta Panda shared valuable strategies on Creating a Positive Classroom Environment, focusing on supportive learning spaces and student growth. As an additional session, Principal Mrs. Seemita Panda once again addressed educators on Workplace Ethics, emphasizing professionalism, responsibility, and maintaining a positive work culture within the institution.
The day concluded with interactive co-operative games conducted by Mrs. Srustee Das and Mrs. Subhalaxmi Pal, encouraging collaboration and collective learning among educators.

Day 4 of the Teachers’ Training Workshop focused on life skills, classroom engagement, and creating joyful learning experiences. The day began with an energizing session on Yoga & Aerobics by Ms. Subhasmita Chakra, followed by Devotionals & Reflections led by Dr. Mrs. Nadia Moghbelpoor.
The session on Life Skills (Advance) by Laxmipriya Panda highlighted the importance of developing essential interpersonal and practical skills in education. Adding further insight Dr. Niroj Nalini Kar conducted a valuable session on Enhancing Student Focus through Positive Teacher–Parent Communication and Classroom Activities.
The workshop also featured an enriching session on Art Integration in School Curriculum, NEP-2020 by Prof. Dr. Rashmirekha Sethy, emphasizing creative and experiential learning approaches.
Concluding the day with energy and teamwork teachers Mrs. Srustee Das and Mrs. Subhalaxmi Pal conducted engaging co-operative games that encouraged collaboration and collective learning among educators.

Adding valuable insights, Mrs. Yasmin Habib conducted a session on Healthy Habits for Teachers, while Mrs. Lavanya Silla shared important perspectives on Health & Wellness. The workshop also included a practical session on Trouble Shooting in ERP & TCE by Mr. Basanta Kumar Nayak, helping educators strengthen their technical understanding and efficiency.
Concluding the day on an engaging note, teachers Mrs. Srustee Das and Mrs. Subhalaxmi Pal conducted interactive co-operative games that encouraged teamwork, participation, and collaborative learning among educators.

Dash spoke on Social & Emotional Learning, emphasizing empathy and meaningful classroom connections, while Dr. Mrs. Nadia Moghbelpour shared valuable insights on Peace Education in Adolescents. Adding energy to the day, Mrs. Srustee Das and Mrs. Subhalaxmi Pal conducted engaging co-operative games that encouraged teamwork and collective learning among educators.
The day also included a felicitation ceremony celebrating the remarkable achievement of Std. X students in the CBSE Board Examinations.
