We are a social organization working for different humanitarian causes including slum development, f We decided not to do this.

Everyday our society faces lots of sensitive issues like poverty, malnutrition, fewer schools, poor quality of education, poor quality of health services, child labor, people living in slums and footpaths, unemployment, dominant police system, biased jurisdiction, insensitive and immoral governance and several other issues that forces every one of us to think deeply about them and find some way to come out of them. But we, the educated group get education from good institutions; get a good job somewhere abroad India and then settle there forever. Once we go outside of our birthplace we never look back, never think of our own society which made us what we are today. We decided to find the way to stop this, to create a better society, to create a better India. This gave birth to the idea of “Samyak Samanata”. The word “Samyak” is a Sanskrit word which means good and the word “Samanata” is an Odia word which means equal. We dream of an India where everything will be good and everyone will be equal. This dream can truly be spoken by the name “Samyak Samanata” and so the name. Samyak Samanata is a revolution; a revolution against our unsocial political system; a revolution to create a classless society where both the poor and the rich will be treated equally and can enjoy all the rights truly equally. This is the theme behind our tagline which is “A Revolution for the Social and Economic Equality”. Currently we work only in Odisha, India but its members are present in different places of India including Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad etc. We have categorised our work into 3 main sections as follows:

1. The Social Wing: This group deals with problems those can be solved in very less time e.g. providing education to slum children, relocating footpath children to our Ashram, providing food to the people who live in footpaths etc.

2. The Political Wing: This group deals with long term problems and tries to find the solutions to them e.g. proposing what economic policies the government should adopt so there won’t be any slums or people living in footpaths, what changes our current judicial system needs to make itself truly available for the common man etc. Find out our proposed economic and judicial policies and more in our website.

3. The Economic Wing: This is the group which manages all the financial transactions of Samyak Samanata. The job of this group is two folded. It manages when and from where the necessary money will come and decides how the same money can be utilized to get the best of it.

#ସମ୍ୟକ୍_ସମାନତାର_୧୩ତମ_ବାର୍ଷିକ_ଉତ୍ସବ_ବହୁ_ମାନ୍ୟଗଣ୍ୟ_ଅତିଥିଙ୍କ_ଉପସ୍ଥିତିରେ_୨୮_ଡିସେମ୍ବର_୨୦୨୫ରେ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରର ଲୋହିଆ ଏକାଡେମୀ ଠାରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଅଛି।

୨୦୧୨ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ୨ ତାରିଖରେ ମାତ୍ର ୪ ଟି ପିଲାଙ୍କୁ CRPF ଛକ ର ଫୁଟପାଥ୍ ରୁ ଆଣି ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ସରକାରୀ ସ୍କୁଲରେ ନାମ ଲେଖାଇବା ସହିତ "ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା" ର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲା । ୪ ଟି ପିଲାଙ୍କର ଦାୟିତ୍ଵରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱରର ୪ ଟି ବସ୍ତିରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ସବୁ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ପହଁଚିବା ସହିତ ଆଜି "ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା" ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ସମେତ ବାଲେଶ୍ଵର ,ଭଦ୍ରକ, ନୟାଗଡ଼ ,ପୁରୀ, ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜ ଆଦି ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ରେଳ ଷ୍ଟେସନ ର ଫୁଟପାଥ ଆଉ ଦୁର୍ଗମ ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳ ଶିକ୍ଷାରୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଏପରି ୩୫୦ ରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ ପିଲାଙ୍କର ଅଭିଭାବକ ହୋଇ ପାରିଛି। ବର୍ଷକୁ ଥରେ ଆମ ଦାୟିତ୍ଵରେ ଥିବା ଏ ସବୁ ପିଲାଙ୍କର ସମାଗମ ହୁଏ ଆମର ଏହି ବାର୍ଷିକ ଉତ୍ସବ ରୂପରେ।
ଶିକ୍ଷା , ସ୍ଵାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଓ ନ୍ୟାୟ ରେ ସମସ୍ତେ ସମାନ ମାନର ସେବା ପାଇବା ଉଚିତ୍। ଏହି ବିଚାରଧାରା କୁ ଆଗକୁ ବଢ଼ାଇବା ପାଇଁ ସମାଜରେ ଥିବା ଅସମାନତା ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ଓ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ କେବଳ ସମାଲୋଚନା କରିବା ଓ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ କରିବାରେ ନିଜକୁ ସିମୀତ ନ ରଖି ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା ତାର ଆଖି ପହାନ୍ତାରେ ଥିବା ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଶିଶୁକୁ ଶିକ୍ଷିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ତାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରି ଆସୁଛି। ଏ ସବୁ ବାର୍ଷିକ ଉତ୍ସବ ଜନିତ ସବୁ ପିଲାଙ୍କର ସମାଗମକୁ ଦେଖିଲେ ଓ ଅନୁଭବ କଲେ ଆମର ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ଦୃଢ଼ିଭୂତ ହେଉଛି ଯେ ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା ଦିନେ ନା ଦିନେ ଏଭଳି ଶିଶୁଙ୍କୁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେବା ଜରିଆରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ତଥା ସାରା ମାନବ ସମାଜ ରେ ତାର ବିଚାର ଧାରାକୁ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବା ସହିତ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ସମାନ ମାନର ଶିକ୍ଷା,ସ୍ଵାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଓ ନ୍ୟାୟ ମିଳିପାରିବା ନେଇ ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବାରେ ଏକା ଅଗ୍ରଣୀ ଭୂମିକା ନେବ।

ଏହି ବାର୍ଷିକ ଉତ୍ସବରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥି ଭାବରେ ଗଣିତ ଏବଂ ଏହାର ପ୍ରୟୋଗ ସଂସ୍ଥାର(Institute of mathematics and its application)ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାତା ଏବଂ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ତଥା ଭାରତର ଅନ୍ୟତମ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ଗଣିତଜ୍ଞ ପ୍ରଫେସର ସ୍ଵାଧୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ , ସମ୍ମାନିତ ଅତିଥି ଭାବରେ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ପରିବେଶ ବିତ୍ ତଥା ଗ୍ରୀନ୍ ନୋବେଲ ବିଜେତା ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲ ସାମନ୍ତରାୟ ମହୋଦୟ, ଏବଂ ମୁଖ୍ୟବକ୍ତା ଭାବରେ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ମାନାବାଧିକାର କର୍ମୀ ବିଶ୍ୱପ୍ରିୟ କାନୁନଗୋ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ଏହି ସବୁ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ବିଶେଷ ମାନେ ଓ ଆମ ଗହଣରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହିଥିବା ଅନ୍ୟ ଅତିଥି ମାନେ ନିଜର ଅଭିଭାଷଣ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଆମକୁ ଏବଂ ଆମର ପିଲା ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ କରିଥିବାରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଜ୍ଞାପନ କରୁଛୁ।

ଆମ ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା ଯତ୍ନରେ ବଢ଼ି ନିଜର ସ୍କୁଲ ପାଠ ପଢା ଶେଷ କରି ଆମର ଯେଉଁ ପିଲାମାନେ ଆଜି କଲେଜ ଗଲେଣି ଆଉ ଏଭଳି ଏକ ବାର୍ଷିକ ଉତ୍ସବ କରିବାରେ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ଭୂମିକା ନେଇଥିଲେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଦେଉଛୁ। ଆମର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଜାଗାରୁ ଆସିଥିବା ସବୁ ପିଲାମାନେ ଏତେ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇ ଶାନ୍ତି ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳାର ସହ ଏହି ବାର୍ଷିକ ଉତ୍ସବକୁ ଫଳବତୀ କରିଥିବାରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଦେଉଛୁ। ଆମର ସମସ୍ତ ଶୁଭେଛୁ ଯାହାଙ୍କର ଆର୍ଥିକ ଓ ନୈତିକ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ଫଳରେ ଆମର ଏହି ବାର୍ଷିକ ଉତ୍ସବ କୁ ଆୟୋଜନ କରି ପାରିଥିଲେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଶେଷ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଜ୍ଞାପନ କରୁଛୁ।

ବଡ଼ ଦୁଃଖର ସହିତ କହିବାକୁ ପଡୁଛି ଯେ ଆଜିବି ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଅତି କମ୍ ବୟସରୁ ସ୍କୁଲ୍ ଛାଡ଼ି ଦେଉଥିବା ପିଲା ଏବଂ ୧୩-୧୪ ବୟସ ହେଇଥିଲେ ବି ଆଜିବି କୌଣସି ସ୍କୁଲରେ ନାମ ଲେଖି ନ ଥିବା ପିଲାଙ୍କ ହାର ଜାତୀୟ ହାର ଠାରୁ ବହୁତ୍ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧରେ।

ପିଲାଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଏବଂ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକାର ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ବହୁତ୍ ଯୋଜନା ତ କରୁଛନ୍ତି, ଖୁଦ୍ ରାଜଧାନୀ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ର ଯଦି ଏ ଅବସ୍ଥା ଅନ୍ୟ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମାନଙ୍କରେ ପିଲାଙ୍କ କଥା କହିବା ନିହାତି ହାସ୍ୟପଦ। ଆଉ ବହୁତ୍ ସାମାଜିକ ସଙ୍ଗଠନ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଯେଉଁ ମାନେ ସରକାରୀ ଏବଂ ବିଦେଶୀ ଅର୍ଥରେ ମାଲା ମାଲ୍ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ଆଉ କାମ କେବଳ କାଗଜ ପତ୍ରରେ ସୀମିତ ରହି ଯାଇଛି।

ଆଉ ଆମ "ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା" ପରି ଛୋଟ ସଂସ୍ଥା ର ଏଭଳି ବଡ଼ ବଡ଼ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ରଖି କାମ କରିଲା ବେଳେ ଉଭୟ ଆର୍ଥିକ ଏବଂ ଲୋକବଳ ଦିଗରେ ଆମେ ଅସୁବିଧାର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେଉଅଛୁ।

"ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା" କୁ ଉଭୟ ଲୋକବଳ ଏବଂ ଆର୍ଥିକ ଦିଗରେ ସହଯୋଗ କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ।

in a big college in Odisha.

Anyone who hears the name of the slum would be scared to enter that slum. Almost 2000-3000 families live in the Masjid Colony slum of Malisahi, Bhubaneswar. No one from that slum has gone to college till date. Most of the children's education ends from the sixth or seventh standard. Samyak Samanta came into contact with the children of Malisahi since 2016 when he taught the children on the footpath of Master Canteen. Our friends Sayantan and Laxmikant went into Malisahi slum every day and met the children who had skipped classes and the children who were not enrolled in school at an older age.

For the past 9 years, our organization has been working towards the safety and education of the children of this st. Our Samyak Samyak has been taking care of the education of more than 70 children from this slum. Our eldest daughter was our Momita, we have taken care of her education and made her pass the 10th under our responsibility. Her family was scared because she wanted to go to the first college from her slum. After we explained the matter, they agreed with great difficulty.

As a result, our Momita has taken admission in +2 commerce in RD college, a big college of Odisha, and dreams of becoming a CA in the future. And seeing this change in her, other children from that slum under our care are dreaming of studying in big colleges like Momita in the coming days.

It would not be an exaggeration to say that this is just an NGO, not a movement towards bringing social equality. It has been fulfilling its social responsibility quietly and quietly, staying far away from the public eye.

ଯେଉଁ ବସ୍ତି ନାମ ଶୁଣିଲେ ସେ ବସ୍ତି ଭିତରକୁ ଯିବାକୁ କାହାକୁ ବି ଡର ଲାଗିବ।ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ମାଳିସାହିର ମସଜିଦ କଲୋନୀ ବସ୍ତିରେ ପ୍ରାୟତଃ 2000-3000 ପରିବାର ବାସ କରନ୍ତି। ସେ ବସ୍ତିରୁ ଆଜି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ କେହିବି କଲେଜ ଯାଇନାହାନ୍ତି। ଅଧିକାଂଶ ପିଲାଙ୍କର ପାଠପଢ଼ା ଷଷ୍ଠ କି ସପ୍ତମ ରୁ ଡୋରି ବାନ୍ଧି ଯାଏ। ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା 2016 ମସିହାରୁ ମାଷ୍ଟର କ୍ୟାନ୍ନ୍ଟିନ୍ ର ଫୁଟପାଥ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଠ ପଢ଼ାଇବା ସମୟରୁ ମାଳିସାହି ର ପିଲାଙ୍କ ସଂସ୍ପର୍ଶରେ ଆସିଥିଲା। ଆମର ସାଥୀ ସାୟନ୍ତନ୍ ଏବଂ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀକାନ୍ତ ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ମାଳିସାହି ବସ୍ତି ଭିତରକୁ ଯାଇ ପାଠ ଛାଡ଼ି ଦେଇଥିବା ପିଲା ଏବଂ ବଡ଼ ବୟସରେ ସ୍କୁଲ ରେ ନାମ ନ ଥିବା ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟ କରିଥିଲେ।

ଦୀର୍ଘ 9 ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଆମ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଏହି ବସ୍ତିର ପିଲାଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଏବଂ ପାଠପଢ଼ା ଦିଗରେ କାମ କରି ଆସୁଛି। ଏହି ବସ୍ତିରୁ ଆମ ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା 70 ରୁ ଅଧିକ ପିଲାଙ୍କର ପାଠ ପଢା ଜନିତ ଯତ୍ନ ନେଇ ଆସୁଛି। ସବୁଠାରୁ ପ୍ରଥମ ବଡ଼ ଝିଅ ଥିଲା ଆମ ମୋମିତା, ତାର ପାଠ ପଢା ର ଯତ୍ନ ନେଇ ଆମ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱରେ ଦଶମ ପାସ କରାଇଛୁ। ସେ ତାଙ୍କ ବସ୍ତିରୁ ପ୍ରଥମ କଲେଜ ଯିବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁ ଥିବାରୁ ତାଙ୍କ ପରିବାର ଡରି ଯାଇଥିଲା । ଆମେ ବୁଝା ଶୁଝା କରିବା ପରେ ବହୁତ୍ କଷ୍ଟରେ ସେମାନେ ରାଜି ହୋଇଥିଲେ l

ଯାହା ଫଳରେ ଆମ ମୋମିତା ଆଜି ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବଡ଼ କଲେଜ RD college ରେ +2 ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ରେ admission କରି ଭବିଷ୍ୟତରେ ଜଣେ CA ହେବା ପାଇଁ ସ୍ବପ୍ନ ଦେଖୁଛି।ଏବଂ ତାର ଏହି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଦେଖି ସେହି ବସ୍ତିରୁ ଆମ ଯତ୍ନରେ ଥିବା ଅନ୍ୟ ପିଲାମାନେ ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ମୋମିତା ପରି ବଡ଼ କଲେଜ ରେ ପାଠ ପଢିବା ପାଇଁ ସ୍ବପ୍ନ ଦେଖୁଛନ୍ତି।

ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା, ସାମାଜିକ ସମାନତା ଆଣିବା ଦିଗରେ କେବଳ ଏକ NGO ନୁହ ଏହା ଏକ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ କହିଲେ ଅତୃକ୍ତି ହେବ ନାହିଁ। ଲୋକଦେଖାଣିଆ ଠାରୁ ବହୁତ୍ ଦୂରରେ ରହି ଶାନ୍ତ ଏବଂ ନୀରବ ଭାବରେ ନିଜ ସାମାଜିକ ଦାୟିତ୍ଵ ତୁଲାଇ ଆସୁଛି।

ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା କୁ ଉଭୟ ଆର୍ଥିକ ଏବଂ ଲୋକବଳ ଦିଗରେ ହାତ ବଢ଼ାଇବା ପାଇଁ ବିନମ୍ର ଅନୁରୋଧ। ଆମ ସହିତ ହାତରେ ହାତ ମିଳାଇ ଏଭଳି ସାମାଜିକ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନର ଜଣେ ଜଣେ ସାଥୀ ହୁଅନ୍ତୁ।

When we say basic needs, SamyaakSamanata does not only consider food, clothing and shelter, but also understands basic needs such as education, health and justice.

Bitu Samantaraya of Delang, Puri district, has been cured of a deadly disease like mental illness with the help of SamyaakSamantha. In 2019, Bitu's younger sister Lily tells us about her brother's 5-year-long mental illness and asks us to leave him where he lives.

Our friends Laxmikanta parida and Sayantan Panda go to his house and find out about the depth of his mental illness and talk to our friend Sisir Kumar Pathy Pahari about Bitu's mental condition and decide to immediately take him to AIIMS MEDICAL. On 02-11-25, we organized a meeting at the "Samyak Samanta" office. Green Nobel laureate Prafulla Samantaray, Lohia Academy General secratary Dev Sir, Professor Swadhin Patnaik, Professor Sumitra Patel and Sudhir Patnaik were present in the meeting.

Students from different districts studying in colleges under the care of Samyaak Samanta participated along with more than 50 college students from different areas of Bhubaneswar.

Three main issues were discussed.

1) In the child care institutions under the Child Welfare Committees of various districts of Odisha, children who have lost both parents or who have lost either father or mother or are socially disadvantaged are being taken out and thrown on the roadside in order to reduce the responsibility of the government by showing various excuses to close the CCI.

2) Odisha has left a handful of government colleges for admission of children aged 15 and 16 years for +2, and in most of the colleges, the admission fee alone is more than Rs. 15000 for 2 years. Due to government colleges charging excessive fees from children like private colleges, many children are deprived of college education after 10th pass and are forced to become child laborers and commit crimes.

3) We discussed the need for manpower and financial support so that Samyak Samanata reach every corner of Odisha.

Successful discussions were also held to prepare a strategy in the coming days to solve such problems.

Samyakk Samanata is not just an organization, it is a movement that is fighting against the inequality of the society every day and is trying to eliminate that inequality as much as we can by investing our small resources and manpower.

ଗତ ୦୨-୧୧-୨୫ ତାରିଖରେ "ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା" ଅଫିସ୍ ରେ ଏକ ଆଲୋଚନା ସଭା ଆୟୋଜନ କରିଥିଲୁ। ସଭାରେ ଗ୍ରୀନ୍ ନୋବେଲ୍ ବିଜେତା ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲ ସାମନ୍ତରାୟ, ଲୋହିଆ ଏକାଡେମୀ ର ସମ୍ପାଦକ ଦେଵ ସାର୍, ପ୍ରଫେସର ସ୍ଵାଧୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ , ପ୍ରଫେସର୍ ସୁମିତ୍ରା ପଟେଲ ଏବଂ ସମଦୃଷ୍ଟି ସଂସ୍ଥାର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ସୁଧୀର ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ।

ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା ଯତ୍ନ ରେ କଲେଜ ପଢୁ ଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରୁ ପିଲାମାନେ ଏବଂ ତା ସହିତ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବସ୍ତିରୁ ୫୦ ରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ କଲେଜ ପିଲାମାନେ ଭାଗ ନେଇଥିଲେ।

ତିନୋଟି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗ କୁ ନେଇ ଆଲୋଚନା ହୋଇଥିଲା।

୧) ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଜାଣତରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ର ଶିଶୁ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ସମିତି ଅଧୀନରେ ଆସୁଥିବା ଶିଶୁ ଯତ୍ନ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ମାନଙ୍କରେ ବାପା,ମା ଉଭୟଙ୍କୁ ହରାଇଥିବା କିମ୍ବା ବାପା କିମ୍ବା ମା କୁ ହରାଇଥିବା କିମ୍ବା ସାମାଜିକ ଅନଗ୍ରସର ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଆଳ ଦେଖାଇ ଆଶ୍ରମ କୁ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବା ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଦାୟିତ୍ଵ କମାଇବା ପାଇଁ ବାହାର କରି ପୁଣି ରାସ୍ତା କଡ଼କୁ ଫୋପାଡି ଦେବା।

୨) ୧୫ ,୧୬ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସର ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କର +୨ ଆଡ୍ମିସନ୍ ପାଇଁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ହାତ ଗଣତି କେତୋଟି ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ ସରକାରୀ କଲେଜ ଛାଡ଼ିଦେଲେ ପ୍ରାୟ ଅଧିକାଂଶ କଲେଜରେ କେବଳ ଆଡ୍ମିସନ୍ ପଇସା ୨ ବର୍ଷକୁ ୧୫୦୦୦ ରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ ଟଙ୍କା। ସରକାରୀ କଲେଜ ମାନେ ଘରୋଇ କଲେଜ ପରି ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ପଇସା ନେବା ଯୋଗୁଁ ଅନେକ ପିଲା ଦଶମ ପାସ୍ ପରେ କଲେଜ ପଢ଼ାରୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ହୋଇ ବାଳ ଶ୍ରମିକ ଏବଂ ଖରାପ ବାଟକୁ ଯିବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟ ହୋଇ ଅପରାଧ ଘଟାଉଛନ୍ତି।

୩)ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା ଯେମିତି ଓଡ଼ିଶାର କୋଣ ଅନୁକୋଣର ପିଲାଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବ ସେ ପାଇଁ ଲୋକବଳ ଏବଂ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହଯୋଗ ଦିଗରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିଲୁ।

ଏଭଳି ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ରଣନୀତି ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ପାଇଁ ସଫଳ ଆଲୋଚନା ମଧ୍ୟ ହୋଇଥିଲା।

ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା କେବଳ ଏକ ସଂସ୍ଥା ନୁହେଁ ଏହା ଏକ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ଯାହା ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ସମାଜର ଅସମାନତା ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଲଢେଇ କରିଚାଲିଛି ଏବଂ ତା ସହିତ ଆମ କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ସମ୍ବଳ ଏବଂ ଲୋକବଳ କୁ ବିନିଯୋଗ କରି ଆମ ସକ୍ଷମ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ସେହି ଅସମାନତା କୁ ଦୂର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରି ଚାଲିଛି।

"ସମ୍ୟକ୍ ସମାନତା" ସହ ଯୋଡ଼ି ହୋଇ ସମାଜର ଏଭଳି ଅସମାନତା କୁ ଦୂର କରିବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁଥିଲେ ଆମ ସହ ଯୋଗା ଯୋଗ କରନ୍ତୁ।
