COVID-19 affects different people in different ways.
Most infected people will develop mild to moderate symptoms.
Common symptoms:
fever.
tiredness.
dry cough.
Some people may experience:
aches and pains.
nasal congestion.
runny nose.
sore throat.
diarrhoea.
On average it takes 5–6 days from when someone is infected with the virus for symptoms to show, however it can take up to 14 days.
People with mild symptoms who are otherwise healthy should self-isolate. Seek medical attention if you have a fever, a cough, and difficulty breathing. Call ahead.
Protect yourself and others around you by knowing the facts and taking appropriate precautions. Follow advice provided by your local public health agency.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19:
Clean your hands often. Use soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub.
Maintain a safe distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
Cover your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
Stay home if you feel unwell.
If you have a fever, a cough, and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention. Call in advance.
Follow the directions of your local health authority.

1)Q-Will virus disappear after extended lockdown-*
A-NO
*2) Q-When will be virus effect disappear-*
*A-* When 40-60 % population gets exposure and immunity (Herd immunity)
*3) Q-What is problem with getting herd immunity*
A- We don't Know how many patients will die
*4) What are high risk people for Mortality-*
A- a) Those aged more than 60 years
b) Those with comorbid conditions Diabetes, hypertension, cardiac problems, renal failure
c) Healthcare professionals due to increased viral load
*5) Q-What is our ultimate aim?*
A- a)Decrease number of deaths
b) Control the virus transmission till it is no more a Public Health Problem.
c) reduce the morbidity and Mortality by early intervention
*6) Q-Then what should be solution to increase Herd immunity without increasing mortality?*
A- a)Allow younger people to move around freely (but not gathering more than 5 people)
b) Isolate people with Co morbid conditions, old age people (even at home ask young to be separated from old)
c) To decrease viral load in healthcare professionals do not allow more than 8-16 hrs/wk duty of any healthcare professionals actively treating covid +be patient (Remember Spain has 10 % of total deaths are in healthcare professionals)
d) Isolate covid +ve symptomatic pt till his two reports are coming negative
e) Graded and staggered restart of movements
*7)Q-When to Loosen the lockdown?*
A- When our covid hospitals are well prepared, means having enough PPE, ventilators, antiviral and HCQs stock
Lockdown will not stop but just slowdown spread...
*8) Q- What is best time for getting herd immunity-*
A- NOW, because of increased temperatures the viral transmission seems to be slower in community, which might not be there in rainy or Winter, If it increases in winter, Weather will be against us, (Most of mortality are there in countries with temperatures less than 18 degrees)
In my knowledge,Until and unless we get herd immunity (means more than 50 % population gets antibody +ve) this will not stop , Then Our Aim should not be targeting number of patients testing
positive but is to decrease number of deaths...

GBS:
Guillain-Barré (Ghee-yan Bah-ray) Syndrome is an inflammatory disorder of the peripheral nerves outside the brain and spinal cord.
It’s also called:
Acute Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy
Landry’s Ascending Paralysis
GBS is characterized by the rapid onset of numbness, weakness, and often paralysis of the legs, arms, breathing muscles, and face. Paralysis is ascending, meaning that it travels up the limbs from fingers and toes towards the torso. Loss of reflexes, such as the knee jerk, are usually found.

Lymph nodes become swollen in response to illness, infection, or stress. Swollen lymph nodes are one sign that your lymphatic system is working to rid your body of the responsible agents.
Swollen lymph glands in the head and neck are normally caused by illnesses such as:
ear infection
the cold or flu
sinus infection
HIV infection
infected tooth
mononucleosis (mono)
skin infection
strep throat
Common imaging tests used to check lymph nodes include CT scans, MRIs, X-rays, and ultrasound.
In certain cases, further testing is needed. The doctor may order a lymph node biopsy. This is a minimally invasive test that consists of using thin, needle-like tools to remove a sample of cells from the lymph node. The cells are then sent to a laboratory where they are tested for major diseases, such as cancer.

The chest x-ray is performed to evaluate the lungs, heart and chest wall.
A chest x-ray is typically the first imaging test used to help diagnose symptoms such as:
breathing difficulties
a bad or persistent cough
chest pain or injury
fever
Physicians use the examination to help diagnose or monitor treatment for conditions such as:
pneumonia
heart failure and other heart problems
emphysema
lung cancer
positioning of medical devices
fluid or air collection around the lungs
other medical conditions.
PRINCIPLE - Different parts of the body absorb the x-rays in varying degrees. Dense bone absorbs much of the radiation while soft tissue, such as muscle, fat and organs, allow more of the x-rays to pass through them. As a result, bones appear white on the x-ray, soft tissue shows up in shades of gray and air appears black.
On a chest x-ray, the ribs and spine will absorb much of the radiation and appear white or light gray on the image. Lung tissue absorbs little radiation and will appear dark on the image.
