That's the mindset I'm walking with in 2021.
This phrase speaks a lot.
It means,
Do good and forget about it.
Be discreet with your kindness.
If you do good to someone being a human being you knowingly or unknowingly set expectations of a good return and in case it doesn't happen so you get hurt and find yourself cheated. That’s why it is said if you confer a favour to someone don't remember it rather throw it in lake.
"DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING FROM ANYONE"

Example: You take care of your children. You spent a very huge amount in bringing them up and their studies. Now you don't expect anything from child when he/she becomes young and starts earning otherwise there are 99% chances that you may have to repent after thinking that your children are not caring you up to your expectations.

🔴Squats and deadlifts do support ab development but they target your posterior core rather than the muscles in the front of your abs.

🔴That’s why you STILL need targeted abdominal exercises, like crunches and planks. However, deadlifts and squats burn more body fat than isolation exercises.

🔴One of the reasons people don’t have ab definition is because there’s a layer of fat covering the muscles. Deadlifts and squats will help you shed that fat faster than ab exercises you do on a mat. HIIT training helps as well.

🔴The take-home message? When working your abs, don’t be too “crunch happy.” Make sure you’re doing SOME crunches along with other ab-focused exercises, like planks. Keep deadlifting and squatting though! These exercises are far too important for functional strength and muscle development to ignore.

NOT A BIG DIFFERENCE!!

My client is a Type 1 diabetic patient and is purely vegetarian!!
Yes you got that right, his lifestyle and goals were absolutely different from all the clients I have.
We have more 8 weeks to pull of something really great. Dev already had a moderate amount of strength in his body but lacked adequate nutrition.
His diet (especially) was highly dependent on his physical activity level and his insulin injections he took.

Needless to say Dev is a highly dedicated and disciplined individual.
_
I'm very proud of Dev to be an example for many people to sideline their excuses and work hard!.
