✨ Bhinna Prayasa – When Art Becomes a Voice ✨
🙏 Namaskar 🙏
For the past 9 years, my journey as an Odissi classical dancer has gone beyond the stage. Through Nrutya Upasana Pitha (NUP), my heart and soul have been dedicated to training specially abled children (deaf and mute) in Odissi dance, folk dance, yoga, fine arts, handicrafts and drama , not for recognition or profit, but for empowerment, dignity, and self-reliance.
Art has the power to speak where words fall silent.
Art has the power to heal, to include, to uplift. 🌼
With this belief, I am initiating a one-month awareness program titled “Bhinna Prayasa”, aimed at introducing and deepening awareness of Odisha’s rich art and cultural heritage among schools for specially abled (deaf and mute) children.
This initiative seeks to ignite interest in traditional art forms and open pathways where these beautiful expressions can one day become a sustainable livelihood for the students.
✨ Different abilities. Shared dreams. ✨
✨ Culture without barriers. ✨
I strongly believe that Bhinna Prayasa will leave a meaningful and long-lasting impact, not only on the students but also on the way society views inclusion through art.
To successfully implement this program, financial support is required for: 🎨 Organising an art competition
🏅 Felicitation of participating students, teachers, and contributors
🤝 Smooth ex*****on of activities across institutions
I humbly seek the kind support of well-wishers, patrons, organisations, and art lovers to help make this initiative a success and to allow us to continue creating inclusive spaces where talent is nurtured, not limited.
Your support is not just a contribution.
It is a step towards empowerment, equality, and cultural preservation. 🙏
Let us come together to prove that art belongs to everyone.
With gratitude and hope,
