We are currently looking for Telecaller Executive & Marketing Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Engage potential clients over the phone with excellent verbal communication skills.
2. Provide information about educational programs, services, and offerings to prospective students.
3. Follow up with leads persistently and maintain regular communication to convert them into clients.
4 Utilize basic sales skills to persuade and influence potential clients to choose our consultancy for their educational needs.
5. Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and client interactions for future reference and analysis.
Position: Marketing Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract prospective students to our consultancy.
2. Generate leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
4. Utilize sales skills to convert leads into clients and achieve sales targets.
5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously improve marketing and sales strategies.
6. Requirements for Both Positions:
7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients.
9. Persistence and resilience in achieving targets.
10. Sales aptitude and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
11. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data for decision-making.
Relevant experience in the education consultancy or related field is preferred.
