Prof. Mohar Banerjee Biswas, Professor at KIIT School of Management - KSOM, highlights the distinctive features of the BBA program, emphasizing experiential learning through case studies, simulations, real-world business data, extensive industry collaboration, and hands-on projects that equip students with practical knowledge and leadership skills.

With over 12 years of corporate experience at IBM, Prof. Biswas has worked across diverse domains, including Web Technology, Siebel CRM, Software Quality, and SAP. She has successfully led multiple assignments in the USA and served as a Business Analyst for clients across industries such as electronics and pharmaceuticals. She has also been an integral part of IBM's technical recruitment team.

Her areas of interest include Web Technology, SAP, Data Warehousing and Business Analysis. She strongly believes in the Right to Education for all and that the right education is the way forward to eradicate a lot of problems being faced today.

Prof. Arvind Tripathy, Dean MBA & Associate Professor, KIIT School of Management - KSOM, shares insights into the BBA program, highlighting how it goes beyond academics by focusing on holistic personality development and preparing students for future professional challenges.

Prof. Tripathy is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (FDP program 2013) and has associated with KSOM since 2008. He has 25 years of experience consisting of 7 years of corporate experience and 18 years in academics. He was associated with the advertising industry in Mumbai and Bangalore and media services in IT Training, Kolkata.

Apart from his teaching assignments, he is actively involved in MDPs in organizations like SIDBI (Small Industries Development Bank of India), IDBI Bank, Mahanadi Coal Fields and in-house training programs of All India Radio & Doordarshan Kendra. He has served as a marketing consultant for ‘Capacity Enhancing’ program for the craftsman and handicrafts trading societies from Odisha organized by Trade Kraft UK and IRFT Mumbai. He is also involved in projects from Indian Council of Social Science Research, New Delhi (MoE, Govt. of India) in social sector as Co-Project Investigator.

She emphasized that organizations are evolving rapidly, and students must evolve with them.
