A world filled with joy, happiness, bliss and positivity is the need of the day and is the key for holistic well-being. In this concern I have decided to start a Support group called *Ananda*

A few details of the group are

🌻It is predominantly an only admin group. If you wish to say, share or ask something you could text privately.

🌻There would be posters/videos/quotes/poems/news etc posted in the group based on travel, culture, lifestyle, mental health, day to day issues, hobbies, leisure, mental health.

🌻There will be announcements on free/paid webinars, workshops and counselling guidance.

🌻Most of the content would be original and experiential sharings. Not picked from the internet or forwards😊.

🌻At times the group will be open for group discussions on a certain topic / issue which everyone can participate.
