Mrs. Inderjit Khurana started Ruchika High School as a Preschool in 1978. She recognized the need to have an institution that provides early childhood education that students love and the need to be busy, active, and learning. Once a a child completes the Preschool programme, (s) he joins standard I at Ruchika High School. Ruchika Preschool students are automatically registered into the main school after completion of the Prep class.
Ruchika aims to provide the children a harmonious environment to achieve holistic growth and excellence in their areas of endeavor. It initiates a process of confidence building, learning and exploring which continues throughout their lives
