ELIXIR..2025 conducted by Department of Business Administration ,Trident M.B.A -TGI
The grand finale of the quiz competition on sustainability, was successfully held on 11th June 2025. The event aimed to raise awareness among students about the pressing need for sustainable practices in today’s world. In light of the numerous environmental challenges we face, the competition sought to empower the next generation of leaders and innovators with essential knowledge to drive positive change.
Organized in collaboration with the Institute of Minerals and Materials Technology (IMMT), a reputed institution in the field of sustainability, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation. The winners were awarded cash prizes: ₹10,000 for the 1st place, ₹7,000 for the 2nd place, and ₹5,000 for the 3rd place.

Talent Development Conclave was successfully organized by the TRIDENT ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY on 31st May ,2025 with the theme “Striking a Balance Between Academia and Industry : Fostering the Right Talent to Develop a Future-Ready Workforce.”
The conclave was inaugurated by Shri Sampad Chandra Swain, Minister of Industry,skill Development and Technical Education and featured enriching sessions across four thematic tracks, bringing together distinguished experts from both industry and academia. The sessions sparked engaging discussions, insightful perspectives, and meaningful collaborations, all centered on bridging the gap between educational institutions and the evolving needs of the workforce.
The pannel discussion had based on 4 theams-
1) Bridging the talent gap: Industry expectations vs academic curriculum.
2) Pro active industry CSR to equip institutions for proper talent development.
3) Steps necessary to develop curiosity for futuristic talent for business and industry
4) Difference between the developed north and developing south in terms of the concept of securing jobs from the college campus.
Each session proved to be highly enlightening, offering valuable takeaways on how to align talent development strategies with future industry requirements.
The conclave was inaugurated by our chief Guest Shri Sampad Chandra Swain, Minister of Industry, Skill Development and Technical Education. Guest of honor was Mr. Bijay Sahoo, Group president, Strategic HR, from Reliance industries.
