Learning That Sticks Happens Outdoors

Identity Training successfully carried forward its Outbound Experiential Training (OBET) program with the second batch of KIIT School of Management (KSOM), Bhubaneswar's MBA 2nd Year students at SJ Agro Farm and Retreat, Khordha.

Away from lecture halls and case studies, Batch 2 took on hands-on group challenges that tested communication, trust, and problem-solving. Participants had to plan quickly, adapt on the spot, and lead their teams through uncertainty, which mirrors the pressure of real workplace decisions.

The sessions were led by Jasobant Narayan Singhlal, Master OBET Coach & Corporate Trainer. He combines high-energy outdoor activities with guided reflection, helping students connect what they experienced in the field to the way they will work, collaborate, and lead in their careers.

With each batch, Identity Training continues to make experiential learning a meaningful part of management education, building skills that go beyond the textbook.

Batch 1 of KIIT School of Management's MBA 2nd Year students kicked off their Outbound Experiential Training (OBET) journey, built to strengthen leadership, teamwork, and real-world decision-making through hands-on outdoor activities. Held on 5th & 6th September 2026 at SJ Agro Farm and Retreat, Khordha, the training was led by Jasobant Narayan Singhlal, Master OBET Coach & Corporate Trainer, known for turning outdoor challenges into powerful learning experiences.
