💡 Simple ways to teach turn-taking to children:
• Demonstrate taking turns during conversations, games, and activities, highlighting the importance of waiting for your turn and actively listening to others.
• Use objects like a toy or a designated object to represent the turn. Pass the object back and forth to indicate whose turn it is.
• Provide clear instructions and expectations when engaging in activities that require turn-taking.
• Board games, card games, and cooperative activities like building blocks or puzzles are excellent opportunities to practice waiting for turns.
