Two cadets, Shashikant Kumar (6317) and Ravi Raj (6361), of 2017-24 batch from Sainik School Bhubaneswar went for an expedition of Sh*tidhar Peak which is situated in Manali region of Himachal Pradesh. Mount Sh*tidhar is also known as the White Peak and the height of this peak is around 5,322 metres or 17,461 feet.
The host of this mountaineering expedition was Sainik School Kunjpura.

The entire fraternity of Sainik School Bhubaneswar feels ecstatic to share that “Aman Akash”, School Number 4922, batch of 2005-12, has secured AIR 360 in the Civil Services Exam 2021.
Aman hails from Rohtas district of Bihar. He was the topper of his batch and one of the best goalkeeper (Football) of the school team. He was also the School Captain of the academic year 2011-12.
President of India presents Shaurya Chakra award to Parents of Captain Ashutosh Kumar (posthumously). Captain Ashutosh, an alumnus of the prestigious Sainik School Bhubaneswar, went on to join National Defence Academy in the very first attempt, way back in 2014.
