Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) β 2026 will be conducted tentatively during 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th and 9th of May, 2026 for admission to B.Pharm / B.Sc Nursing / Post B.Sc Nursing / Post Diploma Nursing/ M.Sc Nursing/ MCA /M.Sc(Comp. Science)/ MBA / Integrated MBA / B. CAT / M.Tech / M.Tech (Part-Time) / M.Arch / M Plan / M.Pharm, and Lateral Entry to B.Tech / B.Pharm Courses.

Here are 5 tips to help you sleep better this New Year β¬οΈ
πΉ Be consistent. Go to bed at the same time each night and wake up at the same time each morning, including on weekends.
πΉ If possible, make your sleeping area quiet, dark, relaxing and at a comfortable temperature.
πΉ Limit the use of electronic devices, including TVs, computers and smartphones, before bedtime.
πΉ Avoid large meals, caffeine and alcohol before bedtime.
πΉ Get some exercise. Being physically active during the day can help you fall asleep more easily at night.
