Who sets the rule of what should be the most important thing in our life. Who tells us what must be the important thing in our life that we should sacrifice or fight for. And what are those things? Is it family or friends or career or love or dream of our own. How should we decide or choose between those things. How and why we even have to choose. Why should we choose one thing over other? Why should we have to sacrifice one thing over other in order to choose? Is this normal? Is this what life is all about? If not why do we all even get into this choosing competition for our whole life? can't we have it all. Can't we just think about having everything in our life with balance. Why don't we start thinking from having a family where in order to achieve that we don't have to sacrifice our love of our life or our career or our friends or dreams. Why can't we think that no we will never sacrifice one important aspect of our life in order to get the other aspect. Why can't we just fight for to get everything without even thinking about letting go any of the important aspect of our life. We all can have a healthy family. In order to achieve that we don't have to let go of our love. We don't have to change our ambitions. We don't have to change our friends. We don't need to let go. We just need to fight for everything. Because friends family love dream these are things worth fighting for. We don't have to diminish their worth by choosing between them.

Do we really have the guts to face our real self. The self which is very much imperfect, vulnerable, and crazy. The self which involves our deep dark fantasies which may not go accordance with our societal norms, rules or standards. The self which involves our biases, our judgemental self. Do we all have the guts to face our dark side. Do we all even honestly talk to our real self everyday without any filter. If not, then why is it so? Why do we not give some moments of our life to our real self. Listening to the voice of our real self without any fear, judgment and filters. Why we all are trapped in our so called self of what we should become instead of focusing on the self of who we really and truly are. Shouldn't we give space to our authentic self to breathe in this world of chaos. Shouldn't we fight for our authentic self. Shouldn't we at least consider of trying. I think thats the beauty of this life that we are living.

Its been a while that i have posted anything, while i was away from the hassles of maintaining my page i got the opportunity to go through some observations in humans life. Basically the age of 22 to 30 years old people and found out some great insights that these age group people need. I hope the journey to unbox the insights will be helpful to everybody. Stay tuned!


Look around yourself and you will find that life is a big challenge. All of us try to meet these challenges in our own way. Some of us succeed while other succumb to such life challenges. But here is the thing life challenges are not necessarily stressful. Much depends on how a challenge is viewed. Like for an example a number 11 batsman in a cricket team will view facing a fast bowler's delivery differently than would an opening batsman, who will look forward to such a challenge. It is said that one's best comes out when one is challenged.

So i will like to consider this insights how a life condition turns into a challenge or cause a stress. Further we will also see how people respond to various life challenges as well as stressful situations.

Do you ever wondered why some people can manage to have bunch of very good friends, surrounded by good people, hang out with them, make plans with them. Basically can create a hell lot of adventure in life because of the people they are surrounded with and some people just can't get along with other people, own Friends, always have complain some way or other?

The magic is called as EMPATHIC ACCURACY- Which states that perceiving others' thoughts and feelings accurately. Or this skill can be called as everyday mind reading which is accurately understand what others are thinking and feeling. People who are better in this skill, better their social adjustment: the more friends they will have, the more they will be liked by their peers, the better the quality of their friendships and less they will be victims of bullying or social exclusion.

We Can Do More, Sooner, Than We Really Can

Why most of us can not follow our own time table made by us?

In predicting how long a given task will take, people tend to be overly optimistic: they predict that they can get the job done much sooner than actually turns out to be the case. They expect to get more done in a given period of time than they really can. This is called the PLANNING FALLACY.

When individuals make predictions about how long it will take them to complete a given task, they enter a planning mode of thought in which they focus primarily on the future: how they will perform the task. This in turn, prevents them from looking backward in time and remembering how long similar tasks took them in the past. The result: they tend to overlook important potential obstacles when predicting how long the task will take and fall prey to the planning fallacy.

Also when predicting what will happen in the future individuals often guess that WHAT WILL HAPPEN IS WHAT THEY WANT TO HAPPEN. where they are strongly motivated to complete a task, therefore, they make overoptimistic predictions when this desired completion will occur.

Individuals' estimates of when they will complete a project are influenced by their hopes and desires. They want to finish early, so they predict that they will do so.


We blame it to the willpower but the reason behind this is beyond our willpower.
