Promoting Green Cover Through Hands-On Learning!

Mrs. Purnima Nayak (TGT Biology) represented our school at the Capacity Building Programme on Seed Ball Making, organized at DAV Public School, Unit-8, Bhubaneswar, under the Environment Education Programme of MoEFCC, Government of India.

The session highlighted environmental conservation, biodiversity, and the importance of native plant species. Through an engaging hands-on activity, participants learned to create seed balls using natural materials—a simple yet powerful technique to boost afforestation.

We look forward to implementing these sustainable, eco-friendly practices in our school and community!

We were delighted to host an insightful Career Counselling Session organized by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) for our Senior Secondary Commerce students!

Distinguished speaker CMA Avinash Kotni, Chairman, ICMAI – Bhubaneswar Chapter, conducted an interactive session shedding light on the vast professional landscape beyond traditional routes. Our school community gathered for a heartfelt farewell ceremony to honor Mrs. K. Padmalata, who has attained superannuation after 29 extraordinary years of dedicated service in the primary block.

For nearly three decades, Padmalata Madam has been a foundational pillar of our primary department, molding young minds with immense warmth, patience, and unwavering dedication.

The occasion was graced by our esteemed Chairman, Sri Sripati Narayan Mishra, revered Manager, Sri Pratap Kumar Jena, alongside the Principal, Vice Principal, Administrators, staff representatives, and teachers—all coming together to express deep gratitude for her invaluable contribution to the institution.
