Most companies are working towards increasing the no of women workers in STEM to maintain the gender diversity scorecards. Deloitte has highlighted stories of their women workers in the field of STEM like Cyber, Cloud, and AI. Also, they want to give women more role models in .

As a child, many of us are very curious and have many questions about many things, but has Surprize everyone through his knowledge. Six-year-old child from Bangalore has an insatiable thirst for knowledge.
And, Rishi got an award from for developing 3 android applications at a young age (His listed app on the store- "IQ test for kids", "Countries of the world" and CHB). Notably, Rishi's IQ is higher than , who had an IQ level of 160. Also, Rishi has been certified to have an IQ level of 180 and he got recognized by as a younger member for a high IQ level of 180.
At the age of eight, Rishi is one of the youngest in India and he shared science-related topics. Rishi started talking about the , , and when he was at the age of three. And he wrote a book, which is available on the e-commerce platform. He was also awarded a certificate by the India book of records in 2019 for his IQ at the age of five.

We understand the importance of timely and reliable education. The education system is undergoing many changes with the passage of time. Now students are exposed to technology at a very young age. They are learning to understand the application of science through new learning. 10 years ago we faced difficulty in understanding many subjects because every student is not equal in studies, therefore, many students were afraid to study and stayed away from the world of education. Today we have come out of that situation, we can see that the village schools have improved a lot on par with the suburbs. 10-15 years ago village school students would not have thought of studying science. Now this custom has changed a lot. Today in the new India many village students can dream of being educated with higher education.

Today we see many young children taking part in technology-enhanced education, such as , , and more. As time goes by, they understand the reasons and areas of interest in their studies; Because today many technical competitions in our country are encouraging them National Program government schools to kick off new competition for students to nurture excellence in robotics robotics championship; Through this, they are able to choose properly, what they will study in the future.

Expecting that technology will change a lot in education in the future, I think as a citizen of India, showing the right path to the next generation and ensuring proper education as per the needs of every student of our India, will take future India far.
