Lakecity Football Cup 2026 |
Delhi Public School, Kolar Road proudly hosted the Lakecity Football Cup 2026, bringing together 10 schools in a vibrant celebration of skill, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit from 20 April to 24 April 2026.
The tournament witnessed intense matches, disciplined gameplay, and remarkable teamwork as young footballers showcased their talent on the field. The event was conducted in collaboration with Lakecity FC Academy, Central India’s first professional and AIFF-accredited football club, committed to nurturing players for higher-level competitions.

The tournament concluded with felicitation of young and energetic players. Campion Arera school stood as Champion and DPS Kolar Road Bhopal gave tough competition to the winner team bagged Runner Up Position in the tournament

Financial literacy is the root of your financial success.DPS Kolar, Department of Commerce organized an interactive session for Commerce students on 20 th April.Distinguished guest speaker CA Umang Sharma provided the students with practical insights into vast career opportunities and real world applications in the field of finance including areas such as savings , investment,banking, accounting and emerging financial trends.Students were overwhelmed with the idea that Pocket Money is the power and how they can use it wisely.

Delhi Public School, Kolar Road, successfully organized an enriching Defence Career Guidance Workshop under the theme Mission Uniform for students of Classes X–XII.
The session was graced by esteemed defence veterans—Maj Gen Shyam Shrivastava (Retd), Wg Cdr Manish Mishra (Retd), and Wg Cdr Arun Pandey (Retd)—who shared invaluable insights into career pathways through NDA, CDS, and AFCAT. Their guidance on eligibility, preparation strategies, and life in the armed forces inspired and motivated students immensely.
The interactive session enabled students to gain clarity, strengthen their aspirations, and confidently envision a future in the defence services. The enthusiasm and patriotism displayed truly reflected the spirit of DPS Kolar Road in nurturing responsible and committed citizens.

DPS Kolar Road Bhopal conducted a Capacity Building Workshop for teachers on 11 April 2026, focusing on enhancing numerical skills and innovative teaching methods.
The session, led by Mr. Puneet Ahuja and his team, was interactive and engaging, introducing quick calculation techniques and practical classroom applications of Vedic Maths.
The workshop was enriching and empowered teachers with effective strategies to make mathematics more engaging and accessible.

"Stepping into the world of miracles! Students from DPS Kolar embarked on an enriching journey to HER Health Hospital, Bhopal, where curiosity met the cutting-edge world of Assisted Reproductive Technology. Dr. Mrinal Chatterjee shed light on the science behind IVF, sparking curiosity and awareness. Ms. Shivani walked them through the various departments of the hospital, giving them a glimpse of what's possible. Dr. Neelima Bhave then took over, sharing insightful information on robotic surgery and guiding the students through the advanced facilities.

Esteemed guests Dr.(Mrs.) Nidhi Pathak and Dr Abhishek Pathak highlighted the importance of Mental Health and Bone Health and shared insightful tips to cope up with the stress and struggles of students life . Vice Principal DPS Kolar Madam Anuradha Telang emphasized the importance of Indian food as balanced diet .
