The success of our Alumni is a certainly a gold star moment for us at Jagran Lakecity University. Their successes are actual validations of the relevance of the curriculum, our teaching methods and the sheer dedication and hard work of our alumni.
One such moment happens to be that of Adarsh Baluapuri (Batch 2016) a fitness enthusiast,an avid footballer has now got commissioned as flying officer in the Indian Air Force.

Jagran Lakecity University hosted its 6th convocation ceremony on 4th December 2021 at the JLU Student Enrichment Hub with Padma Vibhushan Awardee, Dr. K. Kasturirangan Hon'ble as the chief guest of the ceremony.
Along with Dr. Kasturirangan, JLU conferred 3 more Honoris Causa to Padma Shri, Khel Ratna and Arjun Awardee -Ms. Anju Bobby George, Padma Shri - Ms. Bhawana Somaaya, Film Journalist, Critic and Author, and Dr. Majid Al Marri, CEO Real Estate Registration and services at Dubai Land Department.
JLU awarded 1226 Students with degrees in which 51 rank
holders, 11 gold medallists and 9 Ph.D degree holders were
facilitated.
The ceremony was in hybrid format; both live on campus and broadcasted online for the parents.

Jagran Lakecity University organised 'Homecoming 2021', a Sports Event for our alumni.
The event saw amazing participation from the excited alumni who made teams and participated in '6 a side' box cricket and tug of war competitions, with appropriate covid guidelines.
Vice chancellor sir along with the other members of the manegement graced the event with their presence and cheered the players.
This was the 1st initiative by JLU after reopening to connect with it's ex-students.
Homecoming was an apt name for such event, and we aim to organise many more such events and gatherings in the coming months.

“Hi, my name is Sajal Saxena. I studied BBA from JLU in the year 2015-2018. After graduating I joined Spicejet as a Cabin Crew, worked there for 2 years. But as a business and management student always wanted to join corporates and thanks to the entire Staff of JLU for being so helpful supportive and friendly throughout. I really had a fantastic time and learnt so much along the way that it helped me build up my confidence and so I gave few interviews and joined one of the best Indian Start-up (Headquarter is in Dublin) BrowserStack as a Business Development Representative, BrowserStack is a unicorn startup, listed under Forbes 2021, Cloud 100.
It gives immense pleasure to work with such an amazing organization and with such amazing peers! Cheers.”
