Pradhan Villa Pradhan Villa is a 27000 square feet Villa located at a prime location of E-8 Arera Colony Bhopal.

The villa can park upto 40 cars inside the campus. It has received the Ultratech cement "Best dream home to live in MP" award for year 2012-13 at a ceremony in Indore. This year two movies have been shot in this Villa. Sunny Deol's "Singh Sahab" and Prakash Jha's "Satyagrah". Kareena Kapoor and Ajay Devgan were in this villa for the entire day during the shooting day and were mesmerised by the sheer size and beauty of Pradhan Villa.
