Sketchup Job Opening

We are looking for a passionate SketchUp Designer who will play a critical role in visualizing and delivering stunning interior, exterior, landscape. This role also involves collaborating with the Director on presentations and project coordination.
If you’re enthusiastic about creating 3D designs and are excited to work on unique, luxurious projects that blend art and engineering, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality 3D models and renders of interiors, exteriors, landscape and related concepts using SketchUp.
• Work closely with the Lead to assist in project presentations and client meetings.
• Collaborate with the team on AutoCAD drawings and design detailing as required.
• Contribute to innovative design ideas and problem-solving during ongoing projects.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modelling is a must.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Strong visual and spatial design skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and assist the Director in client presentations and follow-ups.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about architectural design and water features.
• Must have a laptop supporting Sketchup.
