I am profoundly honored to have served as a guest speaker at , addressing the esteemed 2024-25 cohort of first-year MBBS students.
It was an engaging workshop focusing on importance of communication and English language in healthcare.
The session mainly focused on aspects of doctor-patient communication and relevance of verbal / non verbal cues for effective communication in medical settings.
The 2-hour focused workshop involved highly detailed discussions amongst the cohort regarding best communication practices and learning strategies to overcome barriers to communication and learning.
Thankful to Nelam Goenka Ma’am for giving this valuable opportunity. A big thanks to Dr. Manishi Singh, (HOD) Head of Department, for her resourceful support and encouragement throughout the event.
