Softgain - Interview Skills We help graduates to master the art of clearing interviews and become employable.

This training ensures - the skill gap that exists in our Education System and Industry is bridged and students understand the expectations & challenges of the industry before they step into employment. We have more than 20+ years of working experience in corporates/MNCs like Wipro, Accenture and Mphasis. We understand that each individual has different skill levels and learning needs, this forms the very basis of our flexible training approach. Our training program uses multi-method blend of learning activities, which not only provides stimulation but increases the likelihood of retention of information and therefore brings lasting behavioural change. Training methodology we have adopted is "Experiential Learning" techniques, "Game based" activities and Role plays. To evaluate the effectiveness of training, we use “Kirkpatrick’s Four-Level Training Evaluation” model, which helps us to course correct and be effective with each individual.
