We extend our heartfelt condolences on the devastating and tragic loss of 23 innocent children whose lives were taken due to toxic cough syrup, leaving their families in deep sorrow and despair.

In response to this heartbreaking incident and the unjustifiable arrest and detention of the concerned doctor, the students of IMA-MSN MP organized a peaceful, nonviolent “Black Band Protest” across their respective medical colleges.

The protest aimed to express solidarity with the medical fraternity and to appeal for a fair and transparent investigation into the matter.

Last night, an unidentified intruder broke into a girl’s hostel room through the duct. He attempted to sexually assault and rob her at knifepoint.

Instead of taking action, the college administration is dismissing the incident as a hallucination, despite the student being fully conscious and aware. The authorities are refusing to cooperate with the students demanding justice.

We urge all medical associations and student bodies to stand with us in solidarity. Your support is needed now more than ever.
