Final Rounds | NLIU–CLT Policy Case Competition

We are honoured to present the distinguished panel of judges for the Final Rounds of the NLIU–CLT Policy Case Competition, conducted in collaboration with Nish*th Desai & Associates, as part of the 5th NLIU–CLT Techtonic. We are honoured to introduce our distinguished judges for the NLIU CLT Policy Case Competition, in collaboration with Nish*th Desai & Associates. Mr. Ujjwal S., Counsel, Arbitrator, and Mediator at Sharma Kemp Chambers, brings broad expertise across commercial arbitration, intellectual property, environmental and public law, and dispute resolution, drawn from practice in India and the UK. His depth of legal insight and practical experience will be instrumental in evaluating nuanced policy arguments at PCC.
