Remembering the Martyrs of Jallianwala Bagh 🇮🇳
On this day, we pay tribute to the innocent lives lost in the tragic Jallianwala Bagh Massacre — a dark chapter in India’s history. On 13th April 1919, thousands of unarmed men, women, and children gathered peacefully in Jallianwala Bagh, Amritsar, when they were brutally fired upon under the orders of General Reginald Dyer.
This heinous act shook the nation and became a turning point in India’s freedom struggle.
Let us remember their sacrifice and honor their courage. Their pain became the voice of a nation demanding freedom.
“They gave their today for our tomorrow.”
