Peel and cut 4 medium sized potatoes and cool them
Now in a bowl grate all the potatoes,add salt as per taste,black pepper powder,3-4 tbsp cornflour and mix everything together to form a dough
Transfer this dough into a ziplock bag and roll it evenly
Keep it in a refrigerator to 30-40 minutes to set
Now cut this dough into thin strips like fries
Fry them on low to medium flame until crispy and golden in colour
Finally sprinkle some piri piri mix
And enjoy with your favourite dip!
