I learnt the basic techniques of cooking from my mother and Tv Shows. One thing I learnt from them is to always cook from your Heart. I started to have a real passion for cooking after Schooling and have ever since. I like to add my own flair to food and try to make it so it’s unique and my own. I’m quite flexible with the ingredients and can exchange different ingredients for another. I emphasize on presentation mainly because it really matters for your to look good.
