SOHM & T conducted Industrial Visit to Reliable Oven & Bakery.
The students of I, III & V semester attended the visit, during the visit they observed and gained information about the Bakery functions and unique practices in Bakery Production department.
The visit was coordinated by Pastry Chef Yakub Ansari who breifly explained students about the bakery operations and procedures of baking different breads.
The visit was coordinated by Mrs. Monika Shakya and Dr.Nikhil Chaurasia under the guidance of Prof. Jitendra Sharma.
