The school celebrated Christmas with great joy, enthusiasm, and festive spirit on 23rd December 2025 within the school premises. The programme was organised to instill values of love, sharing, peace, and unity among students.
The celebration began with a special morning assembly, which included a prayer, Christmas carols, and a short message highlighting the significance of Christmas and the teachings of Jesus Christ. The school campus was beautifully decorated with Christmas trees, stars, bells, and colourful decorations, creating a joyful atmosphere.
As part of the celebration, various competitions were conducted for students of different classes to encourage creativity and participation. These included:

Snow man making competition
Christmas tree drawing and colouring competition etc.
Students participated enthusiastically and showcased their creativity, talent, and teamwork. The competitions were judged by a panel of teachers, and winners were selected based on creativity, presentation, and adherence to the theme.
The programme also featured a short cultural performance, where students presented songs, dances, conveying the message of love, kindness, and joy. The arrival of Santa Claus added excitement and brought smiles to the faces of the students as sweets were distributed.

The EduArt Expo 2025 was successfully organized on 29 November 2025 at St. Francis Convent School, Patel Nagar with great enthusiasm and active participation from students, parents, and teachers. The exhibition beautifully demonstrated the integration of education and art, showcasing the creativity, innovation, and conceptual understanding of the students.

The event was graced by Chief Guest Major Siju T. J. and Guest of Honour Sr. Udaya, whose presence made the occasion truly special. The programme began with a warm welcome address by Principal Sr. Anupama, followed by the formal inauguration of the exhibition.

A one-hour cultural programme was presented by the students, featuring graceful dances, melodious songs, and thematic performances that highlighted their talent and confidence. The cultural event added vibrance and charm to the day.

During the programme, the school also honoured the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour, expressing gratitude for their presence and contribution. Both guests appreciated the efforts of the students and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence.

Rainy day celebration with the theme "Save Water and Save Life"

The students of St.Francis Convent Co-Ed School, Patel Nagar, Bhopal, joyfully celebrated Rainy Day on 31st July 2025, with the enlightening theme "Save Water, Save Life". The event aimed to instill the value of water conservation among students while enjoying the spirit of the monsoon season.

The celebration began with a special assembly highlighting the importance of rainwater and the need to conserve water resources. Students presented slogans, short speeches, and a skit emphasizing the significance of water in our daily lives.

The little ones came dressed in beautiful shades of blue, carrying colourful umbrellas and raincoats, adding charm to the celebration. The highlight of the day was the Rain Dance, where children danced joyfully to rhythmic tunes, experiencing the monsoon delight in a fun and safe environment.

Creative activities such as poster making, drawing, and message writing on the theme were also conducted, giving the students a platform to express their thoughts on water conservation.

The event was a perfect blend of fun and learning, leaving a strong message:
"Rain is a blessing—save every drop, save life."

Principal

The Investiture Ceremony of our school was held on 19th July 2025(Saturday) with great dignity and enthusiasm. It marked a significant day in the lives of our newly elected student council members. The event was graced by the presence of our esteemed Chief Guest, Ms.Manju Chouhan SDOP of Bilkhiriya, who honoured us with her valuable presence and inspiring words.

The ceremony began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by a prayer dance that set a solemn and respectful tone for the event. The chief guest, the parents and invited guests were welcomed.

The newly elected members of the student cabinet were conferred with badges and sashes by the Chief Guest. This was followed by the oath-taking ceremony, where the young leaders pledged to uphold the values and ideals of the school and carry out their duties with integrity and dedication.

In her address, SDOP Mam Manju Chouhan praised the efforts of the school in nurturing leadership among students. She motivated the student leaders to be role models and contribute positively to the school and society. Her words left a lasting impression on all present.

Students of classes 2 and 3 performed folk dance depicting the Rajasthani culture. Head Boy of the school gave a powerful speech on leadership. The anchors of this event along with Amal sir captured the whole event.

The ceremony concluded with the national anthem and a vote of thanks delivered by Head girl . The event was a grand success, filled with pride, inspiration, and a spirit of responsibility.

A Parents Orientation Session was successfully conducted today at School aiming to familiarize the parents with the academic curriculum, teaching methodologies, school policies, and the overall functioning of the institution for the upcoming academic year.

The speaker of the day Mrs.Rony Joy Mam gave an excellent session on good parenting. She emphasized the partnership between the parents and the school in shaping the future of the students.

St. Francis Convent Co-Ed School, Patel Nagar, Bhopal Celebrated the 11th International Yoga day at school Hall on 21st June 2025 with the theme of Yoga for One Earth, One Health.
The school organized yoga demonstration for the students and they enthusiastically performed yoga reminding the importance of “Yoga” in our daily life. This yoga session was led by Physical Education Teacher (P.E.T) Mr. AakashSahu. The event was attended by Principal Sr. Anupama and Staff of the school.
On this day students were made aware of the relevance of the yoga in daily life. Different asanas were demonstrated under the guidance of Mr. AakashSahu. our yoga instructor.
Yoga day is celebrated to bring Peace, Harmony, Happiness and Success to every soul in the world. This was a great opportunity for the students to understand the value of discipline. Yoga is a mental physical and spiritual practice that needs to be carried every day. Children got the chance to know how yoga embodies unity of mind and body. Our students performed yoga between 8:00 Am to 9:00 Am.

Workshop for teachers organized today on the topic Teaching strategies and classroom management. The speaker of the day was mrs.Jaya Saini Asst professor of Christ college . It was worth attending. We learned new ways of teaching. Thank you everyone for the help extended.
