Students of Technocrats Institute of Law participated in an enriching educational visit to New Delhi, gaining valuable exposure to India’s judicial system, constitutional institutions, and national heritage.

The visit included observing live court proceedings at the Supreme Court of India, enabling students to connect legal theory with courtroom practice. An insightful interaction with Shri Vivek Tankha, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India and Hon’ble Member of Parliament, provided guidance on legal education, professional ethics, and the role of lawyers in a democratic society.

The tour concluded with an inspiring interaction with Shri Kapil Sibal, Former Union Law Minister and Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, who shared perspectives on contemporary constitutional issues and the evolving legal profession.

The event highlighted the significance of the Indian Constitution and its guiding principles. With the theme “Empowering Youth Through Constitutional Values,” the program inspired students to understand their rights, responsibilities, and their role in strengthening democracy.

We were privileged to host Shri Awadhesh Pratap Singh, Member of the MP Human Rights Commission, as the Chief Guest. His insightful address helped students appreciate the importance of constitutional ethics and human rights in modern society.

On 26th November 2024, Technocrat Technocrats Institute Of Law proudly celebrated Constitution Day, commemorating the adoption of India's foundational document. The event aimed to promote constitutional awareness, patriotism, and active citizenship.

The program began with a warm welcome speech by Director Dr. Arun Kumar Pandey, followed by an insightful keynote address by Dr. Krati Rajoria, Professor at NLIU, who highlighted the Constitution's pivotal role in shaping India's future.

Advocate Rashmi Pandey, a dedicated social worker, delivered an impactful session on the fundamental rights of women enshrined in the Constitution, encouraging greater awareness and empowerment.

Attendees collectively took a pledge to uphold constitutional values, reaffirming their commitment to democracy and justice.
