We are happy to inform you that Dept. of Metallurgical and Materials Engg., NIT Durgapur is going to inaugurate its recently approved IIM Students Chapter through online mode using Microsoft Teams platform on Sept. 19, 2020 at 03:00 PM (IST).
The inaugural program will be followed by a technical talk entitled, ‘Aluminum Superalloys for high-strength high-temperature applications’ by the former president of IIM and SERB Distinguished Fellow, Prof Kamanio Chattopadhyay of IISc Bangalore. The tentative program schedule is attached herewith for your perusal.

Dear All, Talk on “Knowledge-based Process and Product Development for Aerospace Applications” will be delivered by Dr. T. Raghu of DMRL, Hyderabad (Under DRDO) on Monday, 31st Aug., 2020 at 4:00 PM. organized by the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering NIT Durgapur. Dr. T.
