The Textile Technology Department, TIT&S Bhiwani organized an online career guidance webinar titled “Future-Ready: Career Guidance & Q&A Session” on 16 September 2026 for 2nd, 3rd and final-year TT students.
The webinar was conducted by Mr. Nitin Nagaich, International Career Coach, who shared valuable insights on career planning, emerging opportunities, employability skills, and preparing for the future of work.
💡 The interactive Q&A session allowed students to discuss their career-related concerns and receive practical guidance from an experienced career coach.
The session encouraged students to think beyond conventional career paths, develop relevant skills, and proactively prepare for their professional journey.

🎓 𝐆𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 & 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 – 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧
The Department of Textile Technology, TIT&S Bhiwani organized a guidance session on “GATE 2027 & Beyond” on 25 September 2026 for third-year and final-year TT students.
The session was delivered by Dr Ashvani Goyal, HOD, Textile Technology Department, focusing on the new scheme and changes in GATE Textile Engineering from 2027.
Students were guided about the opportunities after GATE, including M.Tech./higher studies at IITs, NITs and other premier institutions, research/PhD opportunities, scholarships, and PSU recruitment through GATE scores, as per respective policies.
The session aimed to motivate students to begin their preparation early and explore career pathways beyond conventional textile industry roles.

🚀 Elevating the Future of Viscose: A Remarkable Guest Lecture
We had the privilege of hosting Mr. Naresh Kakar, Senior General Manager at Birla Cellulose (Grasim Industries Ltd, Aditya Birla Group), for an insightful guest lecture on the evolving textile landscape.
What made this session even more special was that Mr. Kakar is a proud alumnus of our department, inspiring students with his journey from campus to global industry leadership.
