The Technological Institute of Textile & Sciences, Bhiwani is a premier Institute of the Country having celebrated its Diamond Jubilee in 2003. The institute specializes in emerging Engineering such as Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Textile Technology, Textile Chemistry, Fashion & Apparel Engineeri

ng and Management. All the courses are affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak and accredited by AICTE. The Institute is also offering Postgraduate programmes in Computer Engineering, Textile Technology and Management. Currently sponsored research is being done in Image Processing, Protective Textile, etc. The Institute draws its students from all over india and many foreign countries for its Postgraduate and Undergraduate programmes. The Institute possesses a current UG & PG strength of 1620 with a gender ration of 70:30. Its alumni are working throughout India and abroad at senior technical and managerial positions and also have blossomed into flourishing enterpreneurs by putting up their own industries. The campus has Boys' and Girls' hostels equipped with Wi-Fi internet facility. The Library is computerized and Class-rooms are fitted with LCD Projectors, OHP, etc. Some of the latest equipment includes CAD, Computerised Knitting Machines and Narrow Weaving machines. The Institute has collaborative exchange programes with RMIT, Australia and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The student community gets regular recognition and award from European Institutions - Currently from Switzerland and Italy.
