Meet Our Founder
Every great movement begins with one person who refuses to accept the way things are.
One person who decides that the future must be better than the present.
Prof. Pradeep Laxmanrao Rode Sir began his journey as an English Professor at a Junior College, where he served students with dedication for over 20 years.
During these years, he closely witnessed a painful reality many talented students from rural and economically weaker sections were unable to pursue quality education due to lack of resources and opportunities.
Instead of accepting the situation, he decided to change it.
So he started small.
A simple coaching class with just 4–5 students, teaching them during evenings, nights, and every free moment he had.
But his vision was bigger than a classroom.
His dedication soon turned this small initiative into a powerful learning movement, and within a short time nearly 900 students were learning under his guidance.
Guided by the values taught by his parents “Always give back to society” and inspired by the ideals of Jyotirao Phule, Savitribai Phule, and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, he believed that education is the most powerful way to uplift society.
With this vision, Devgiri Pratishthan, Beed was founded on 25 February 1999.
What began with a handful of students has today grown into Tulsi Educational Group, where 5000+ students are learning, growing, and preparing to face the challenges of the modern world.
A journey rooted in values, discipline, and service to society.
